This place should be shut down asap! Workers inside and outside are extremely rude. I have only ordered from here three times and won't return. Along with the workers being rude and entitled my order is always missing something or completely incorrect.

I was a little short by 20 cent and then female stated what you want me to do about it, I'm not paying for it, before I could even say take the drink off .

Went there twice in the last two weeks. Never again. Ordered on the app both times. Go to the counter and they literally say nothing to you at all. When I ask they get mad like why am I ralking to them. Both times it was the young black female manager. I guess she was the manager because she was dressed differently. My last visit was on 11/29 around 2:30 pm. You all need to hire real adults to run this place not these people who give you then Gen Z stare when you walk in. And the bathrooms smell like a sewer and are filthy. Why do you allow this McDonald's?

If I could give it a -⭐️ I would this is my 2nd time here and the staff is rude told my aunt that she needed to use the keosk to order even though the man was standing there and my aunt only had cash and the worker ( I believe the manager) told her that’s not her problem . We waited 45 minutes for nuggets got wrong food on one order and who my sauces nothing that we asked for . This place needs 1 new worker or 2 shut down it’s horrible also very very dirty and tables were sticky

I frequent this location alot. Not anymore. Business Owner calls you. Acts rude. Doesn’t like you got threatening call to sue for 50k.

Ordered from this location on the app for my daughter. Arrived at the drive thru at 9:02. Watched as the 3 out of the 4 cars in front of me pulled off without ordering. Finally got to the speaker at 9:16 and was told, “wait a moment.” At 9:20 I simply said, “hello?” Which was met with a rude, “wait a moment.” I said politely, “I’ve been waiting 20 minutes.” The employee’s response, “we are having an issue in the drive thru, you can come in.” My response, “Why wasn’t this communicated from the start?” I park and walk in clearly frustrated to be met by a rude employee who told me I was being rude and that I could leave. I called the 1800 number and will be calling again tomorrow to complain to management. I rarely complain, but someone needs to manage this location and teach their employees customer service. This location is always slow, but normally the people are friendly enough, but after today I will never go back.

Completely ignored me, put order in on kiosk and tried to pay, rang out everyone else but walked away when I tried to grab their attention politely, disgusting on the inside. Wouldn't even trust drinking a pop from there.
