Online says they close at 11 I just came to get chocolate chip cookies. No cooking involved got there at 10:40. No one answered the speaker went around to see if everyone had left. They were in there. I walked to the window. I asked for cookies and she said they were closed with a bad attitude.

I bought a plain hamburger meal if eaten taste like it was dipped in a bucket of saliva ground and chewed then formed into flappy tasteless item on menu, I encourage all when going out to eat go inside if the lobby greasy, bathroom covered in used tissue or anywhere in-between find your nearest grocer and hurry away, no amount of staff replacement will fix timely workplace sanitation.

This place is a joke. I get being under staffed. But when your open for a hour and i come to grab a mobile order I don’t think I should have to wait 15 minutes at a speaker for someone to acknowledge me. Especially when I’m the only customer here. It’s not just a one time experience either. To put it simply, this place obviously has management issues that need to be resolved.

Not sure why they close down the dining room without at least putting a sign up. Had to pick up an order and an employee wouldn’t even open the door to tell me what to do.

I had did a mobile order 2 happy meals and didn't get the juice that comes with the h.m.got back in the line I was told to pull up to the first window there was no one there..pulled to the next window no one there two women purposely walked away from the window, waited 20 minutes cars were pulling in they had to wait as well poor service the manager was rude

We waited over 20 minutes just to get to the first window to pay, then we were charged for the wrong order. He had to get the manager who returned the first transaction and rang a second rather than charge us the difference. It was another 15 minutes to get our food, because we were waiting on fries. When we finally got the food we had 2 piping hot fresh orders of fries and our third order was cold and soggy ?. 35 minutes is not fast food.

I normally give McDonald's 1 star. But this place is an exception. They were super nice to my daughter and accommodating. The facility was clean and surprisingly cozy. The staff was exceptional, truly awesome. I'm very humbled at how they were so friendly and understanding.Thank you all again.
