“This store is pretty cool...service is fast...so you're in and out the store...I don't ever think I went in this store and I didn't get what I wanted...if they didn't have it they will tell you they will order it...I couldn't go in the store and the man that works there got my money got what I wanted and brought it back out to me...no of that's not good customer service I don't know what is...I love Harvard Deli...“

“What a CUTE hole in the wall place! Not only did I enjoy the food, but the service and atmosphere were great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with a couple of customers who are regulars at this establishment. I ordered wings dinner with a side of onion rings and pasta salad. I also had a steak Philly sandwich and a peach cobbler. The wings were fresh made to order. Nice and crispy without being too salty. Pasta salad was nice and light. Steak Philly has a lot of meat and well seasoned. The peach cobbler was not bad either. All of this for a very good price! I would definitely stop by here again to check out other things on their menu. So, if you’re looking for some delicious and affordable food, I would check this place out!“

“I need to take time out to recognize a PERFECT example of customer service and support of business. I'm sorry I didn't get the young lady's name at this location but she's always super friendly and helpful! Today I saw her help an eldery woman carry her bags out.

“Had breakfast there today. Phenomenal. $13 Western Omelet with corned beef, dry wheat toast, & shredded hash browns. $3 side of turkey sausage, $1.25 for egg beaters, & 75 cent onions in the hash browns. Excellent coffee, also. Was all worth 2X what they charged me for it. Everything was perfect. Great service, too (Irina?). Friendly employees kibitzed with happy customers as the happy customers eagerly noshed. Plus, Jack's Deli sells beer!!! I just wish they opened up earlier. FYI: Wanwan Yang is a very, very confused person.“

“This is my go to for corned beef. I used go to that other "legendary" restaurant, but stopped when they charged me a dollar for lean corned beef. Really? Plus the food at Vienna Market is great, with a large selection of items to choose from.“
“Stopped here with a co worker for a drink and got some sandwiches and the sandwiches looked so good I forgot all about my drink. They took great care of us the sandwiches was super fresh and it felt like we was appreciated. Wish I lived closer I would stop by all the time.“

“It was the day before � day , I waited in line a hour and 45 minutes and it wasn't a bad wait at all, I was photobombed by two ladies that I had the pleasure of talking and laughing with the whole time, the line went pretty fast, the staff were pleasant and the officer � well let's just say she was awesome and had a pleasant upbeat vibe, chatted with her as well... kind of makes you wish it was the holidays everyday, people actually speak to you, smile at you and tell you to have a nice day,oh and say Happy Thanksgiving.“

“Food was great, only reason I dropped a star was the $.50 they wanted for my ranch to go with the poppers. Should/ used to get one for free. I guess I understand getting charged more for extra. 2 people already cost $29 without drinks. ( 2 regular sandwiches, 1 fry, 1 popper.😑“

“The place is clean, it's quiet. The food is good. The customer flow is relaxed and slow, but constant felt safe. Enjoy my time talking to the owner. It's a nice place. It's a hidden gem. Great value for great food. Open early in the morning and prepare to make sandwiches, breakfast, and lunch subs. And breakfast sandwiches, ready for business.“
