“My family actually craves hummus and other deli items from Silva's. The Shankleesh is delicious and much better than the other middle eastern place in town. The owners are wonderfully friendly, and family can be seen hard at work in the kitchen. Grab some pitas and hummus for your next get together and everyone will ask where its from.“

“We innocently stopped here off the I-80 on a cold rainy fall day after a Google search for a good sandwich and soup. WHAT A DISCOVERY!!! Service was friendly and quick. We had a delicious Reuben sandwich with grilled/toasted bread and plenty of yummy meat. ORDER THE WEDDING SOUP. I could take a bath in this stuff, it's so delicious. We ate some there and got two quarts for the road. Grab a couple kipfels on the way out, and you'll be thinking about your meal for days. Please support this local gem!!“
