Bad experience !!!!!! Me and my girlfriend ordered our food at the same time she ordered some pancakes and didn’t get them until we left I got everything in about 15 minutes she got a omelette it was some hair found in it ? then the waitress took the food back to get her order replaced not to mention after almost finishing my food I found hair in my food at that point that tells me the cook just doesn’t care…WOULD NEVER COME BACK ??

This IHOP had me hop out the bathroom ? because they had a few roaches ? I also can make a homemade steak omelette better than what I was served. The waiter was, lazy and a fast talker, and made sure to not receive a tip from me or my sister.

No way. Me, my husband, and our 6 year old came here last Sunday. We didn't stay because during our wait we saw the disorganization, the poor attitude of the employees, and the dingy atmosphere. The young man working upfront was overwhelmed with fulfilling takeout orders. I asked if there was a host or hostess to attend to dine- in customers. He said it was him so we had to continue to wait and wait. Other employees would come to the front and not make eye contact with waiting customers or offered to help the host.Standing there, we saw enough and decided that this was not the place we would be able to enjoy a meal.We drove 15 minutes to Macedonia and had the EXACT OPPOSITE experience. Clean, bright, organized, and friendly restaurant staff and experience.It's honestly sad. Really sad. Why can't this location provide a pleasant and enjoyable experience???Is it management? Training? Or need to here people who will add to a positive experience?Why is the place filthy and dark?The people who come deserve better.

Thought we would try out this IHOP since it's closest to our house. When you walk in it is completely nasty out front littered with garbage and cigarette butts and a trash can with the lid barely on it. We went in to wait for our service and the waitress looked right at us and kept on moving. they're not even busy. We turned around and went to Cracker Barrel LOL
This place was disgusting I have been to IHOP before and never like this it was ghetto servers and greeters where playing around cups silverware were not clean juice had stuff swimming in it it was just not good to be honest they were not professional.this place needs chef Ramsey that's how bad it is floors dirty chairs and tables not clean looking disgusting. Or the cooperate needs to send in some secret customers pretending to be real customers just to catch them in the act because they were not good hygiene hair not properly groom it was a mess what has restaurants turned into not because it's not some 5 class restaurant where most rich people eat that doesn't mean it can't be good and properly maintained.This place needs urgent attention.!!!!!!!!

This is my second time going to this location the first time was horrible but I understand they had a huge family understandable...but today the cooks walk around like they don't have orders to cook then get upset wit the waitress!!! We waited 15 mins for Luke warm weak coffee ? bacon was half cooked eggs was hard we had to ask the waitress did she forget about us before we even got our food so by the time we received the food it was cold!!! I love IHOP and try to be understanding it was only one waitress working but please help them out or send someone to train them properly!!! I almost got up and helped her out

I love ihop mostly the Cali roasted turkey melt. I gotta say the place could use a bit of cleaning. However, our server was very nice and the food came out within a decent time frame. Very kind staff. I'm happy that the staff knew how to do the pancoins promos at this location usually at other locations we have to wait for a manager so I'm happy I could use the promos that were offered. I would've liked to hear the neat speacils that were advertised online such as the willy wonka pancake speacils. Other than that pretty good experience.

Yikes.. I hate leaving reviews on bad experiences for any business because we rely on positive feedback for future customers and I'm not usually one to complain. With that said.. We got to IHOP at 12:20, got seated after a few minutes, waited another 15 minutes before our coffee/water order was taken. By that time we were ready to order food. An hour passed by and the waitress revealed that the ticket didn't print. I asked how much longer because I had other places to be. She apologized up and down and said she was the only one there serving. So that is understandable for her to be behind but the sense of urgency from the kitchen staff after seeing two in the bathroom conversing and then not seeing anybody in the back preparing our order got me very frustrated. We ate, my gf had a hair in her omelette, glasses were filthy, bathroom had no toilet paper, once we received the check at 1:50 I thanked the waitress and said good luck and got out of there. 1/2 hour later my GF threw up in the car, and I almost didn't make it to the bathroom. Never again for this IHOP location which is unfortunate because it's 5 minutes away from my house. It would have been much more understandable if they were busy but there were 5 other tables at most in the entire restaurant.
