This is my second time going to this location the first time was horrible but I understand they had a huge family understandable...but today the cooks walk around like they don't have orders to cook then get upset wit the waitress!!! We waited 15 mins for Luke warm weak coffee ? bacon was half cooked eggs was hard we had to ask the waitress did she forget about us before we even got our food so by the time we received the food it was cold!!! I love ihop mostly the Cali roasted turkey melt. I gotta say the place could use a bit of cleaning. However, our server was very nice and the food came out within a decent time frame. Very kind staff. I'm happy that the staff knew how to do the pancoins promos at this location usually at other locations we have to wait for a manager so I'm happy I could use the promos that were offered. We visited this IHOP location on 11/20/23 and had a wonderful, pleasant experience. Vernondo was not only our host, but also took our order, brought out our food, checked on us, and made sure we were cashed out properly. Absolutely sweet, wonderful, and welcoming the entire visit, we couldn't have had a warmer person to share our time with. Our drinks came out quickly and were delicious.
