The food is not bad, but I’m starting to believe the cooks does not know what well done means. I have to constantly say well done and it’s still nothing close to well done. Every time I order it’s the same thing! I usually order wings but today I ordered veggie city rolls and I asked for it to be ‘well done’ and they were very doughy and I dont have time to wait for a remake, so I had to pick over my food to avoid eating dough…. My first experience with them was wonderful. This second one was TERRIBLE. Order it at 4:40 thru Urber Eats said it would be ready at 5;30 sent my Husband to get it, they could not find Order and it was not ready until 6:05. People answering the phone was VERY rude...it will be a very long time before getting
