“The Service is pretty much what anyone with human decency and not having an entitled attitude would expect from a busy fast food place pretty much the same as any other fast food place you would go to as long as your not ignorant disrespectful or anything the people working here will more or less work with you I had an order that I thought I was missing items from but turned out after the guy showed me on the receipt and explained it to me that it wasn't rang up I just thought of ok cool that's np I ordered what I needed payed at the counter for what was missed waited for the small expected time given how busy they was 5-10 minutes wasn't really that horrible like I said if your not entitled 5-10 minutes really isn't that bad that's still better then the average wait times for most places the guy at counter was helpful apologized for the wait but made sure my food was fresh for me and that I had everything”

“Went for lunch today at the moundsville location. If you haven’t been there you are really missing out. Super friendly people you feel like you are at home. I got a chefs salad and it was one of the best salads I have ever had! It’s hard to make a salad phenomenal but they did it! So fresh and delicious I am dreaming of going back! It will be very soon. Plan on trying everything on the menu! If you haven’t stopped please do yourself a favor and do! Love it!”

“First time eating here and it was delicious! I had the ham steak, side salad, and cottage cheese. Husband had the patty melt with fresh-cut fries and brown gravy. Fresh made burger on the patty melt, fries dipped in the gravy were spectacular. Dinner was great! We then ordered dessert, I got a slice of lemon pie and my husband got the Ho-Ho cake. Not disappointed at all. Great service and great food.”

“When traveling I like to try local places when able. I’ve found myself in Wheeling to photograph the Cathedral. Anyway, I stopped in for dinner, was seated quickly and water received immediately. I kept it simple and just had the burger with fries. It was cooked perfectly and arrived pretty quickly. (This place is not a burger joint, the have options, such as lamb for example.) Chelsey was my server, she did great as well. Would definitely return if I found myself in Wheeling again!”

“My only complaint would be the lobster might have been overcooked. The waiting staff was top notch. Server made sure I always had water and came back to us in a timely fashion to get our order. The food made me and my husband happy. I really wanted seafood and the potato lobster bake was delicious 🤤.”

“Amazing Food, Service, and Atmosphere. I asked my girlfriend to marry me and they were so helpful :) I called ahead of time and talk to the owner, Dino. He set aside his best table and made sure his best server, Nicole, took care of all our needs. Then I talked to the dessert chef and she did the rest :) They help make a great memory :) In today's world it is tough to fine such a gold mine. They treat you like family and the food is too die for :) I strongly recommend you also purchase a jar of their world famous spaghetti sauce :)”

“Willie Wonka would fit right in! Fat Apple Bakery is so much more than a bakery. It is an ice cream parlor, a toy store, a fun house..a child’s imagination! From the moment we walked in our summer day trip, we were in awe around every corner! We first took the stairs to the 2nd floor where we were greeted by a candy tree. Inside, tons of kiddie rides, a k-nex amusement park, build a plush area and tons of toys for purchase! Downstairs, an ice cream parlor, bakery and candy store! Nostalgic items! When I say Willie Wonka would fit right in, I really mean it! There is an area of factory fun decor complete with their own Oompa Loompa! Candy prices are all over the scale so there is something for everyone! We chose pepperoni rolls (some of the best we have ever tasted) and donuts. The kids made their candy selections and were excited to pay with their own hard earned money. We would love to make a trip back for ice cream, but it was pretty packed. “We got to the restaurant right as they stopped seating. Although we couldn’t sit down, they were so sweet about making us food. Chatted with us while we were waiting. We come here every year and we loved this particular Perkins. Cool thing too, as we were waiting for a food, We realized we had been talking to the Store general manager when we saw her picture on the wall. She was very friendly and. Personable. She even listened to one of my husband’s stories, lol. Highly recommend this place.”

“We had a surprise dinner for roughly 25 people and they were soooo accommodating! The food and service was amazing and they went out of their way to make it a great evening! And the cheesecake was unbelievable! Highly recommend!”

“I took my family of four there after a friend recommended. Usually, when we go out to dinner at least one meal isn’t that good. I was amazed that everything was absolutely amazing. The steakhouse burger I ordered was hands down the best burger I’ve ever eaten. The poutine was great, the pretzel sticks with beer cheese was sublime. My wife and 17 year old daughter ordered chicken sandwiches and they raised the bar on chicken sandwiches. The salad was great. My younger daughter (picky eater) ordered a pizza from The 304 Wood Fired Pizza, it was the best pizza I’ve had in the Ohio Valley. In conclusion, this place is one of the best restaurants, if not the best restaurant in Wheeling. Definitely going to be a regular there. I’d have to give it a 15 out of 10 rating.”

Not only did they hook us up with a sweet discount, but the pizza was so good it practically disappeared the moment we opened the boxes. I’m convinced they put magic in the crust. The staff was super friendly and didn’t even judge how much pizza we ordered. 10/10 would party (and eat) with them again. Use them for your next get together! You won’t regret it. ❤️🍕🎉”
