“The hostess was able to seat us quickly even though we didn't have a reservation. The wait staff was pleasant and courteous and made sure we were promptly taken care of, understood the specials, and made several recommendations. The food was delivered hot and fresh, and the wait staff made sure everything was to order. The food was delicious! We were so happy with Undo's and will definitely return!”

“There was a very full atmosphere in the store and the cashier was embarrassed by his appearance but yet brought attention to it with indirect comments about them, hickies all over his neck. I say if your embarrassed by something you are doing then maybe you should reconsider doing it.”

“I think this is one of the best KFC restaurants we have in the whole valley. Try the new chicken nuggets they are irresistible. I ordered them last night and before I ordered I asked the cashier if they were crispy or original recipe and she said well the best way would be just to show you so she turns around and goes to the back and comes back her out with two nice size newly cooked right out of the fryer delicious chicken nuggets for me to try and for my fiance as well that's why there were two. Anyway I have never had anyone at a fast food restaurant especially offer me a sample but they did and guess what they made a sale for it because I ordered them because they are delicious they're white meat chicken they are not processed meat in any way they are super delicious I can't go on about how great they were I didn't even use any kind of sauce or anything they were just great by themselves. But every time I've ever visited this restaurant in particular I have never been dissatisfied with the quality or with the service of this particular restaurant so giving you guys some props you're doing a great job keep it up and I'll keep coming back. I would recommend it to anyone especially after the experience I had with the restaurant on the island. But that has nothing to do with this one. The people are great the store is clean The food is delicious what more could you ask for try it out, I'm sure you'll be satisfied.Parking: They have plenty of parking on both sides of the store so don't ever worry about parking.”

“Dining room was played for some reason with no signs on the doors the food was good as usual but I have no clue why they would be closed in the middle of the day the dining area and there was actually some people in their settings a couple didn't make much sense to me why I have to sit in a draft and eating my vehicle where it's completely working dining area”

Ali was my server and I thought at times I seen smoke come off of her heels, she was so fast to accommodate everything we needed, the food was hands down 5 stars delicious, even other customers who sat next to us we're friendly and amazing. All around an incredible experience.... just an amazing environment! If your trying to get that true authentic Wheeling Feeling I recommend Figaretti's 100%! The mirrors around the booths in the rear are actually appreciated by my family because everyone can see what's going on at the front no matter where they're sitting.Wheelchair accessibility: Some of the corners can be tight, and they only have booths in the shop. But right out in the main mall area there's more accessible tables.”
