“Food was hot one has to have hot fries, right?However I ask for heavy onion I got two rings... the usual amount I also ask for no cheese and I did get NO cheese thank u for that! Good, friendly pleasant service I even got a crown! Lol

“Had their McGriddle breakfast meal with my granddaughter. The sandwich was great, bit the potatoes were so fulI of greaseI couldn't eat them. Had their fish and it was so bad I didn't eat all of it. It's usually pretty good though“

“I took my family of four there after a friend recommended. Usually, when we go out to dinner at least one meal isn’t that good. I was amazed that everything was absolutely amazing. The steakhouse burger I ordered was hands down the best burger I’ve ever eaten. The poutine was great, the pretzel sticks with beer cheese was sublime. My wife and 17 year old daughter ordered chicken sandwiches and they raised the bar on chicken sandwiches. The salad was great. My younger daughter (picky eater) ordered a pizza from The 304 Wood Fired Pizza, it was the best pizza I’ve had in the Ohio Valley. In conclusion, this place is one of the best restaurants, if not the best restaurant in Wheeling. Definitely going to be a regular there. I’d have to give it a 15 out of 10 rating.“

“The food was fantastic. I'm not sure if it was slow to come out, or it was because I was so hungry when we got there.
I had a Hangover Burger with an over hard egg. All came cooked as I had asked. Also had the nachos and cheese sticks. The nachos had an unexpected kick to them, and the chicken was absolutely delicious. We found ourselves digging to get the last piece. The cheese sticks are very large. The first bite had enormous stretch quality to it. The breaded texture ok the outside gave a wonderful crunch. Like something you'd find at a county fair. There is a fair amount of space between the batter and the cheese, which I found to hold their sweet marina perfectly so I could skip the dipping altogether.
Our waitress visited our table at least 3 times to check in, we waited on refills for maybe 3 minutes, not horrible. The restaurant had a fair amount of diners, but not too busy.
The women's bathroom was clean, with 2 stalls. There was a changing table, and they provided bags to wrap diapers in before throwing them away. My boyfriend said he did not have the same experience in the men's room. The urinals were filled, went to the stall, and then found the toilet had seen battle that day.
Overall, we were seated quickly, we waited on food, but not so long it was uncomfortable. It wasn't too loud either. Our food was fantastic! Which is the most important part.

Vegetarian options: There was a veggie sandwich option, and 3 salads.

Kid-friendliness: There were many families dining around us with infants to teens with them.“

“I’ve been there a number of times, and it’s always solid. Their wings are cooked so well… juiciest freshest wings I’ve had. Tonight was Steak Night and you can’t beat $11 for a steak, potato, and salad. The staff are friendly and attentive. Food came out surprisingly fast. I don’t go here as often as I should!“

“Just commenting, Came thru drive thru this past Monday, ordered two number one special, ask now fries come with these , yes, I was told, love their skinny crispy fries. Opened bag and low and behold it had Wendy style fries. Disappointed! Is this a permanent change? I sure hope not! Burger was great!“

“Me and my girlfriend were trying to find a place to eat we’re from out of town and saw this spot and chose it. The bartender instantly greeted us and asked if we needed menus or a drink. The food was a good price and the drinks were also cheap. The service was quick and great and the other customers were also very nice asking us how we liked it and where we were from will 100% be going back next time we visit. The bartender was also very appreciative of the tip I left which you don’t see often.“

“Had a session booked for the business right next store so I placed a pick up order to pick up on my way out. I was not expecting even the smallest subs to be so big! Definitely worth the money for the size alone, and everything tasted so good! I ended up ordering a 16” chicken club and let’s just say I’ll be trying to finish it for the rest of the day because there’s so much! I plan to order again when I’m up that in a few weeks! Definitely recommend if you just so happen to make the trip to wheeling. I’ll be dreaming about this sub til my next venture up there and want to try one of the fry bowls next! Just being over at the portrait studio all we could smell was all the yummy food being made next door and when we told the girls there we were picking up an order from here afterwards even they expressed how amazing the food was. I can see why they were so excited to know we were trying something from here, probably the best sub place I’ve ever found! 💚“

“UPDATE: stopped in to eat, general manager was there. Told him what happened, took care of it! Happy again! so I called and spoke to the day manager about a minor issue the night before. very apologetic offered to take care of me next time I came in and he'd put my name up front. well show up in the evening one day and guess what.... yep nothing up front, and I look like a fool. night manager claim disease text name and asking him but don't know what became of that. so I bought a burger paid for it, I wrote down my name phone number email and a slight reminder about the issue and I told him to give it to that day manager. and guess what? no call no email. so first I was very happy with how everything was handled but now I'm very unhappy!“

“Jenn J. and Sam C. are fantastic in every single way. If I could steal them for my own business I absolutely would, but they are dedicated and love the family they have built. You really are very lucky to have such wonderful employees and family members. Don’t take them for granted, and I hope you pay their weight in gold. They would give the shirt off their back for someone in need and in this world you can’t possibly ask for more. I’ve never seen someone work so hard with such finesse under stress. “Only reason I scored the food a 4 is because the bacon, chicken, ranch pizza had a little too crispy toppings. Bread was super yummy. And I didn't get my garlic sauce. We got a personal of it, ranchero fries (awesome), hamburger (hubs said it was great) and the chocolate bomb desert which is AMAZING & highly recommend!!!! Prices could be a little better w the delivery fee of $5 plus a tip. But good food & super fast service. Great selection!“

“I love coming to this Burger King the chicken here is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They have amazing shakes too. The service there is great everyone seems very polite and friendly. They are willing to do somethings with meals and drinks that other stores I’ve tried going to won’t do. “Good food, nice settings atmosphere, plenty of TV's. But again like anywhere else just seems a dollar or 2 over priced just my opinion. I dont mind premium prices at all as long as service and food is A+, mine was ok to good. I will say very generous with the sides, I upgraded to onion tanglers from frys and there was enough to feed 3 people. I had order wings to go some months ago and will say they was great as well. Would recommend for a good burger and would go back if wanting a good burger or sports bar vibe!“

“I live nearby and use the drive through often. The have the BEST UNSWEETENED TEA.
My fries are cooked to a crispy perfection and the Dave's single is always made well. I have never had a bad experience at the Benwood location. I'm not a fan of the dining atmosphere but at least it is clean. I liked the old dining room before it was renovated.
Every worker has been polite and attentive.“

“I don't know if Joe is like a mind reader, a wizard or just very charismatic but when I went I was going to get my usual cookie dough blizzard and while I was looking at the board wondering if they could maybe put cookie dough in the brownie one Joe and I start talking.I like to live life really boring, not very spontaneous and even then it's usually boring but Joe hyped me up about trying something new...like the brownie blizzard instead and while I was still on the fence Joe smiles and goes "I can cookie dough to it" and I was stunned, because how would Joe randomly know what I was thinking about earlier?So I'm like, you can do that? And he's like, yeah we can do that. So I ask if he can do vanilla instead of chocolate ice cream and he did that too and man I have to say it was absolutely rocking, this combination cookie dough - brownie blizzard is so much better than either one seperately.TL:DR Joe is a probably a wizard but he's definitely a cool guy and the ice cream is almost as cool as him, listen to the ice cream wizard.“
