“The restaurant is clean but very sterile looking. The cashier was pleasant and friendly.I ordered a chicken soft taco, beef taco, and grilled chicken burrito. It took 10 minutes which is forever for a fast food place. I guess all Red Burrito orders are made to order. You'll get much faster service if you just order regular Hardee's food.The food tasted basic and virtually the same as Taco Bell. Unlike Taco Bell, Hardees/Red Burrito aren't selfish with the meats on the taco.I also ordered chicken tenders which were quite tasty with the honeyQ sauce.“
“Every time I am at this location the food is top notch and the service is excellent! The one lady that works there Melissa,who I think may be a manager, always knows what I am getting and has such a wonderful personality! These folks are always smiling and very friendly! On 2/14 while I was sitting there eating a woman came in complaining saying her sandwich was cold and that it wasn't even 5 minutes ago she got it. I had been there for over 30 minutes and that was the first time I saw her. She was being very ignorant to the crew and even proceeded to throw something behind the counter. Melissa and the crew handled it very professionally and were very polite to her even though she called them liars and such.“

“The food was what you'd expect from a fast food place. It was good but far from impressive. The fried food (onion rings and mozzarella sticks) seemed like the oil was old. When I first walked in, a girl came up to the counter looked at me, said nothing, and walked back to the back. A manager came up front and greeted me. After that, everything was OK... Until I went to be seated. The table was dirty. I looked around and noticed I was better off where I was. The drink station also needed cleaned and stocked.“
