The two individuals I encountered inside were particularly pleasant and helpful.As for the food, it was fresh, hot, and overall quite satisfying. I got the impossible whopper and a oreo shake. While it didn't necessarily exceed my expectations in terms of taste, it was certainly enjoyable. “This is a stop yearly when my son’s baseball team plays in Morgantown. This time we not only had amazing food and service but my daughter left her phone there. We live roughly two hours away and when we realized she did we were home. I called and spoke to the manager on duty(wish I got her name) and she had it in the safe. She sent it back next day mail and it arrived today. My daughter is so happy to have her phone and I’m so happy I didn’t have to buy another one for her!“

“The other day I came in and ordered a vanilla milkshake to go. They told me it would take 10 minutes for it to be done and they explained how they had just gotten the machine fixed not too long ago. Staff was really nice and updated me on my order. I told them that there was no rush on it since their drive-thru was backed up. Excellent customer service no doubt! Best milkshake I ever had from Burger King.“
