“The staff is always so friendly! They truly go out of their way to ensure you leave happy and satisfied with your drink. Today for example, I asked to change the sweetness of my drink to 3/4 sweetness. The staff member who served me asked for me to taste test the drink to see if it was my preferred sweetness before driving away, and offered to remake it if it wasn’t!“

“Every time I️ come to Morgantown I️ come to this Starbucks. The customer service is great and so are the drinks. The staff are always friendly and the store is always clean and tables available for us to sit.“
“This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Their drinks are always made perfectly and quickly everytime. The cafe is comfortable and the cleanest lobby out of any of the Morgantown locations. The manager Morgan clearly cares about her employees and customers, she is always on the floor helping everything run smoothly.“

“Absolutely the best Donuts, coffee, and SERVICE! Absolutely amazing! The young man was kind that took my order and helped make my coffees that worked today 9/22/2026 @1pm, gave me the best recommendation on which donut was the best, and he was absolutely right! The lemon meringue was to die for! My caramel macchiato was made perfect, if I could give 10 stars I totally would. 10/10 will recommend for all your coffee and donut needs. I wished I would've got his name, because he definitely deserves to be credited.“

I am always so happy with my drinks going through and today had the best Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso made for me today, whoever made it (no cinnamon, light oatmilk, brown sugar cold foam) you are the besttt!! Finn in the drive through was so sweet and hope they all have the best days!“
“I was very surprised with the efficiency of the staff. They handled a large influx of people very quickly. I had nine people ahead of me in line and before I knew it they were taking my order. Starbucks probably trains and pays more at this location as well. The kitchen and serving area were spotless.“
“Normally fantastic service but on this last visit it was just okay. The location was not busy, the drink was made properly but not in a personal cup. They apologized but I poured it into my cup and threw away the plastic cup defeating it's purpose. While that was transpiring the egg bites I ordered were getting cold as they were waiting for the loaf slice that was missing.“
