Terrible service slow no matter how many people are in there and then they have one person doing food who will sit there and wait until there’s arm fulls of food to take it to be picked up so it takes 20-30 minutes for the smallest bit of food.
While the layout is nice and there is plenty of seats both inside the Starbucks as well as outside. It seems they r flash than substance. I ordered an espresso drink from a lady who just looked angry to be here and because I was in my street clothes not my scrubs, was not as friendly to me as she was to the docs in front of me. I ordered a drink and sandwich and took 10 minutes and the eggs OK my sandwich were still ice and bacon undercooked. I will not be waisting anymore money...read full review
Terrible customer service. My daughter spent 24 days with her baby in the NICU after him having brain surgery. went to order coffee. There were 6 or 7 crew members standing and laughting. Not one of them said hello or bothered to pay attention to us.
I said "are you open" and they said yes.
