I was very surprised with the efficiency of the staff. They handled a large influx of people very quickly. I had nine people ahead of me in line and before I knew it they were taking my order. Starbucks probably trains and pays more at this location as well. The kitchen and serving area were spotless.
Atmosphere-4stars- located in the lobby of WVU Ruby Hospital. Beautiful location very spacious. Comfortable place to hang out if you have to be at the hospital for a period of time.
Service- 4 stars- very busy location but runs very efficient. Line went fast with little wait for my order.
Food- 4 stars- got the Iced Carmel Macchiato. Good as always!!
