The staff is always so friendly! They truly go out of their way to ensure you leave happy and satisfied with your drink. Today for example, I asked to change the sweetness of my drink to 3/4 sweetness. The staff member who served me asked for me to taste test the drink to see if it was my preferred sweetness before driving away, and offered to remake it if it wasn’t!
Alayna was so friendly and super helpful with it being our first time at 7 brew. Answered any questions even with a line of people behind me. Loved the question of the day as well!
Love it here 10/10 would recommend !

The staff at 7 Brew Coffee is always so friendly and truly goes out of their way to ensure customers leave happy and satisfied with their drink. On a first visit, the crew was super helpful, answered any questions even with a line of people behind, and offered a question of the day. The vibe is on point, and every staff member encountered was so friendly, doing a great job even when busy. The drinks are always consistent, and the crew makes stops fun and enjoyable. One customer appreciates the great customer service every morning and comes every morning to get coffee. When the person in front ordered 19 drinks, the crew stayed on top of everything, made sure drinks came quickly despite the large order, kept talking and assuring customers, and kept checking on the drinks and updating them. A Mocha is a favorite, and one crew member makes great drinks. The crew makes customers feel valued and appreciated.
