Went through the drive-thru. Lady at the first window tonight was extremely rude telling me there was more to a mcdouble vs double cheeseburger other than the extra slice of cheese. Didn't really understand the hostility. The only thing that saved the service with 2 stars is the employee at the 2nd window. Our sandwiches had ingredients we asked to leave off, but was decent taste wise.
The employee that was taking my order couldn't here me no matter how loud I tried to say it and when they told me that my order was right I go to the next window to pay and they had everything on my order that I asked to have removed and nothing I had asked for, when I politely told them that it was wrong I was met with smart mouth comments and frustration. I understand work is hard and people have there days but there needs to be improvements
