I sat in the drive thru on one side while the other lane was moving and no one would take my order so I finally just pulled forward. I was nice and told the girl I had been sitting for a while and saw 3 cars go in the other lane. She asked what I wanted. I ordered the chicken deluxe combo. She told me to pull forward. I didn't wait long. She brought my food. But forgot my drink and had to go get it. When I opened the box the sandwich was in I was just flabbergasted to see my sandwich in disarray. Tomatoes and lettuce everywhere. The bread was cold as was the sandwich and fries.Horrible experience

Wanted a plain Big Mac with only meat and cheese. There was no cheese on it. Asked for the sauces listed and didn’t even get the BBQ. Unfortunately I didn't check and see that charged for the new sauce. I would have been fine paying for it if i had actually received it. Better ask for fresh fries too or they will serve you fries that are ice cold. Worst McDonalds in Morgantown. Too many idiots working at this one.

It's McDonald's. It's never going to be a 5 star restaurant. But this particular location is typically very good in terms of speed, accuracy, and freshness. You honestly can't ask for much more these days.Parking: Even with the double drive thru, there is plenty of parking on 3 sides of the building with room to back out and drive around the building without interfering with the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Again, it's McDonald's. Happy Meals- that's all you need to say.Wheelchair accessibility: All of the entrances are level with the parking lot and include a ramp to the entrances.

Great place to eat. One time 20+ years ago I quit from one of these places and the manager told me I would have a hard time finding a job...lol 25+ jobs later and living my best life. I think I forgot to put plastic silverware in a bag for pancakes so that manager that was with the manager with the comment makes sure I don't get mine sometimes.

This place is a joke, not only did I put my order in before breakfast was over they charged my card, and are trying to say they are out of breakfast food, always making excuses, will not be ordering or going here no more. Lost a costumer who will gladly go to a different store.
