The mid, extremely limited menu, its chicken fingers and fries with one sauce. Chicken was fine, sauce didn't impress. Uncharge for lemonade.

The not so great, lobby and bathrooms weren't particularly clean or well stocked. I understand its lunch hour but you have to keep on top of things. No toilet paper in the bathrooms, multiple dirty tables, and the clean ones you could see where the grease was just kind of wiped around.“

“had a genuinely great experience at Firehouse Subs. The quality of the food stands out immediately — the bread was fresh, the meats were flavorful, and everything tasted made-to-order instead of mass-produced. You can tell they don’t cut corners on ingredients.

The portion sizes are generous, and the sandwiches are packed properly — not skimpy or uneven like you get at some other chains. The balance of meat, cheese, and toppings was on point. My sub was hot, well-seasoned, and actually filling.

Customer service was also solid. The staff was efficient, friendly, and kept the place clean even during busy hours. The wait time was reasonable, and my order was accurate.

“I had a bourbon burger, which was amazing with a side of Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was alright but the Burger was really good. Sweet tea was fantastic and so much seating for people and nice outdoor seating with amazing view. Big selection of menu, it is on the 5th floor in the building btw.“

“Came here on 2-6-26, food and service was good. The poor employee was all by herself! It get it's gonna happen but to have all those responsibilities on ONE person is ridiculous ( I seen the To do list from the counter on the what looked like the walkin Fridge) I wanted to give the girl a tip but apparently this Subway doesn't let their employees get tips. I HOPE BFS pays them well and above minimum wage because if not that's crappy. I felt bad for the poor girl.“

“Overall the experience I had was amazing the manager on duty I believe his name was Robert he made sure everything was right and overall had a great experience drive thru was a little busy but he got us in and out overall shout out to him and his staff there was a few customers in front of me but he got us our food in a reasonable amount of time and he had a smile on his face and told us hope to see us back definitely coming back soon thank you for a job well done!!“

“McDonald's is always a go-to. After school, on the way home its placed pretty much perfectly off the stop light. Its almost never busy, so you can just walk right in and order. It doesn't have a play place, but it does have a nice interior. Breakfast ends at 11, so if you want a Mcgriddle, be there before 11!“

“I am so surprised with the gradual turn around of this location. I stopped in after swearing I would never eat at this Chipotle again and took a look at all the food(to see if it was safe)... and alas! This was the most delicious ive seen any Chipotle look in awhile. Fully stocked, fresh bright green guac, glistening chicken and mountains of rice. I was so happy, and even got happier after the 3 young women assisted me with ordering and creating a pleasant atmosphere. They were constantly cleaning and restocking... it felt like a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT Chipotle!!! So happy this location has found high quality employees and please keep treating them Well!!!!! They deserve a raise!!! 😸“

“The Domain at Town Centre - WE LOVE AUNT ANNES MORGANTOWN!! The staff was amazingly quick in regards to preparing a large order for us and even helped me carry it to my car! We will definitely be conducting more resident events catered by Auntie Anne’s Morgantown!“

“My meal was delicious great service and 2nd time I’ve been hear this by far is the best location and the manager I believe his name was Corey he was such a huge help and extremely great costumer service and the patience/ understanding, the care he put into my request I will be coming back not question my food was perfect and great portions man deserves his titles I hope he knows how much he is appreciated. Got 2 bowls and a burrito holy cow I’m full and every bite was phenomenal. first time I came in last week got a bowl and let me say omg my man at the counter was quick decisive and good at his job he knew what he was doing even got me a side of the salsa when I ask no question my brother took 1 second and I looked back and it was there I will continue to only come to this location no location at California could not compare thank you so much guys at this location, I see the quality and how much this reflects on how well put Corey is in his work take care and be safe everyone I hope your ready for me to be back in the next few weeks. 🥰“
