“My family and I rolled into Arby’s after a long day at the race track. Once in the parking lot pulling our 30 foot camper we realized the inside was closed due to covid. It was late we were starving and at this point bummed. We headed back toward the car Shannon came around the building and asked would you like for me to take your order. It was awesome most would have ignored that we had even pulled in the parking lot but not her she took our $50 order and quickly brought our food out to the car to us. “For the last 2 years I've been alternating fast food joints for lunch at work. This particular BK is more accurate than most places on Emily drive. Also, their ice machine is clean. I always eat/drink the ice left over in my drinks, and there's an alarming number of fast food places on Emily drive with dirty ice machines that leave a bad taste. Kudos“

Obviously on the road Mc Donalds is usually the go to for quick in and out knowing the food is going to slapped together with no regard to quality and moderate customer services at best. However this McDonalds nailed my visit today. The store was practically spotless the food appeared as advertised and actually good taste and not dripping with grease like other stores in the national chain. Staff was super friendly and professional yet enjoyable conversation. The only disappointment is the fact that less and less McDonalds meet even half of the standard this store is operating at. “I was walking in as the doors were closing for the night for the inside area. My vehicle is over 9 ft tall so I couldn't go through the drive-thru. The manager was kind enough and gracious enough to understand my predicament and let me come in and order our food. We had been working a 16-hour day on top of a cell tower and we were starving and Taco Bell is the best for our money at this the moment and so I just want to thank the manager on 9/9/25. She was amazing and so was the crew they were supposed to be off the clock and they still stuck around until we got our food and left so thank you“

“Cierra is amazing, if she's there tip her well! She always goes above and beyond to provide great service! My wife and I always love seeing her when we go! Best subway employee I've met so far. Hopefully the company sees this review and compensates her for her performance. I frequent there and other subways, but definitely prefer downtown Clarksburg because of Cierra! I have had a few bad experiences, reached out to customer service, and GOT NO RESPONSE. But as long as Cierra is there, I'll continue to come in!“
