“I stop by here time to time to either get breakfast or my daughter something to eat. Stop by earlier this week and the lady in the purple shirt and short, blonde hair was super nice. She made my iced caramel miacchiato perfect. My only complaint was from today when the gentleman at the window mixed my miacchiato. I know I sound like a Karen for that but I really like them not mixed. They did perfect with the light ice like I requested. Doing a good job overall. I’ll continue to come here. Thank you.“

While this location doesn’t have its own dining room, the food court is just steps away and has plenty of seating available. My only small critique is that they don’t offer a veteran’s discount, which I understand is typical for mall-based locations—but it would still be a nice touch. Overall, another great experience from a consistently reliable chain.“

I just had a basic steak and cheese and it was good I should've gotten a bigger size because of your a big guy with a appetite you'll want to upgrade to a larger size to accommodate your appetite but overall I would recommend this establishment.“

“We stopped here on our way home from Spring Lake, NC. Samantha was our host. She was amazing. We were on the road since 11:45 AM and we walked in the door at 6:50pm. I had 4 hungry kids with me. My youngest 2 year old daughter was HANGRY. Samantha and her team worked hard and fast to get our food. For $34.39 the kids each got a hotdog, fries, drink and a cone. My son got a cheeseburger instead of a hotdog. I got a water and some onion rings. You can't go to McDonalds for that price. While we were there an order was mistaken so Samantha ended up giving us some Chilli fries which was so very nice of her. Whatever food that wasn't eaten was taken with us to the hotel and eaten last night. This A&W restaurant will now be our go to restaurant on our way home from NC. With the kids getting the icecream, they were able to make their own root beer floats. 100% Grade A customer satisfaction. Thank you Samantha and thank you A&W for making this family's favorite restaurant addition.“

“Tried the new pretzel was too hard to eat. My Sub sandwich was amazing! BMT is a great sandwich only problem is the don't carry regular Italian dressing. Had to put my own on it when I got home.

“My husband and I stopped at Hardee’s while passing through West Virginia, and I have to say, Christian was absolutely amazing! He was professional, kind, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. He was working the entire time we were there and never seemed to slow down.
Honestly, I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time. It really stood out to us, especially while traveling. Employees like Christian deserve to be recognized because they can make a simple stop for food a really positive experience.
I will be disappointed if someone in management doesn’t give this man a well-deserved pat on the back and, if possible, a raise! Hardee’s should be proud to have someone like him representing the company. Christian, thank you for your hard work and kindness! You definitely made an impression on us.“

We called the store and left a voicemail to be called back by the very pleasant manager to tell me she was going to replace my whole order. 46$ worth of food they replaced and even went above n beyond to make my kids shakes and send them home with a toy. “One of the best subways I have ever been staff fast friendly it's clean it's great if you dine in. Every time I place a order online it's messed it. If I'm ordering online it's because one of my kids or husband is picking up food for me or I'm in a hurry. If u want toasted I suggest order not toasted if you want to order chicken wrap I suggest ordering tuna. Its frustrating how different the service is.“

“This is the first time in years that I had a delivery go wonderfully. The order was delivered hot and correct. I had all my sauces, the correct 2 liter and the pizza was perfectly round with a beautiful crust. The bread sticks were ALL soft and fluffy. The cheese sticks had cheese throughout and not burnt. The pizza was topped evenly with a great balance of crust. I was so amazed at this extremely satisfying meal, I had to post the good news. Great job! (This time)“

I guess it said Itallian bread, I always get the herb and cheese, and she insisted that it get swapped out. I kind of regret saying anything because she was so nice and just did what the order said. “I ordered a sandwich at this store yesterday, (7-23-2025), just after 12 in the afternoon. The young lady was working the store by herself and she was busy. I was impressed with her great attitude, while dealing with the stress of waiting on customers by herself. She was very efficient. Highly recommend this store. Thank you.“
