“I stop by here time to time to either get breakfast or my daughter something to eat. Stop by earlier this week and the lady in the purple shirt and short, blonde hair was super nice. She made my iced caramel miacchiato perfect. My only complaint was from today when the gentleman at the window mixed my miacchiato. I know I sound like a Karen for that but I really like them not mixed. They did perfect with the light ice like I requested. Doing a good job overall. I’ll continue to come here. Thank you.“

“We stopped here on our way home from Spring Lake, NC. Samantha was our host. She was amazing. We were on the road since 11:45 AM and we walked in the door at 6:50pm. I had 4 hungry kids with me. My youngest 2 year old daughter was HANGRY. Samantha and her team worked hard and fast to get our food. For $34.39 the kids each got a hotdog, fries, drink and a cone. My son got a cheeseburger instead of a hotdog. I got a water and some onion rings. You can't go to McDonalds for that price. While we were there an order was mistaken so Samantha ended up giving us some Chilli fries which was so very nice of her. Whatever food that wasn't eaten was taken with us to the hotel and eaten last night. This A&W restaurant will now be our go to restaurant on our way home from NC. With the kids getting the icecream, they were able to make their own root beer floats. 100% Grade A customer satisfaction. Thank you Samantha and thank you A&W for making this family's favorite restaurant addition.“

“Tried the new pretzel was too hard to eat. My Sub sandwich was amazing! BMT is a great sandwich only problem is the don't carry regular Italian dressing. Had to put my own on it when I got home.

Parking: Parking is usually busy. Hard to find a space. It's limited parking.

While this location doesn’t have its own dining room, the food court is just steps away and has plenty of seating available. My only small critique is that they don’t offer a veteran’s discount, which I understand is typical for mall-based locations—but it would still be a nice touch. Overall, another great experience from a consistently reliable chain.“

“Ordered my family food here for the first time since they opened and the staff where very friendly but the food was terrible. We called the store and left a voicemail to be called back by the very pleasant manager to tell me she was going to replace my whole order. 46$ worth of food they replaced and even went above n beyond to make my kids shakes and send them home with a toy. Thank you kylie for your amazing above and beyond service, you keep up the great work and the high spirit!“

“My first trip to Gibby’s today for lunch with my family. The inside is so cutely decorated, nice clean space. The food was overwhelmingly delicious, I couldn’t stop eating. The staff were very nice and friendly. And the ice cream for dessert 🤤 Everything was so yummy! 10/10 recommend!“

“One of the best subways I have ever been staff fast friendly it's clean it's great if you dine in. Every time I place a order online it's messed it. If I'm ordering online it's because one of my kids or husband is picking up food for me or I'm in a hurry. If u want toasted I suggest order not toasted if you want to order chicken wrap I suggest ordering tuna. Its frustrating how different the service is.“

“I usually hit the drive-thru in the mornings before work. Every morning I’m greeted with a smile and good service. Special shout out to Becca, who is that friendly voice, smile, and a pleasure to have 20 second conversations. 😊 If she is off of work, I usually notice some differences in service. I have nothing bad to say about anyone at this location but Becca needs employee of the year 😎 Keep up the awesome service. “My sandwich artist was great. I ordered through the app and let her know I would meet her at the counter to make my additions. I guess it said Itallian bread, I always get the herb and cheese, and she insisted that it get swapped out. I kind of regret saying anything because she was so nice and just did what the order said. I messed it up. She was also training someone, so it was good in that sense because of how she treated me, the customer. Great sub at a great price“

“I was walking in as the doors were closing for the night for the inside area. My vehicle is over 9 ft tall so I couldn't go through the drive-thru. The manager was kind enough and gracious enough to understand my predicament and let me come in and order our food. We had been working a 16-hour day on top of a cell tower and we were starving and Taco Bell is the best for our money at this the moment and so I just want to thank the manager on 9/9/25. She was amazing and so was the crew they were supposed to be off the clock and they still stuck around until we got our food and left so thank you“

“Over the last month I have at ate this subway three times, utilizing the subway app. The food is always on time, and prepared the way we ordered it. The quality of the subs have greatly improved and tatse amazing. I’ll be eating here at lot more. The restaurant is also very clean.“

“I have always liked Papa John's pizza. This place was good. I felt bad for the lady that took our order. She was having a bad day but was still attentive to our order, service with a smile. Food was hot and delicious. I will stop back again if I'm in the area.“
