“My first trip to Gibby’s today for lunch with my family. The inside is so cutely decorated, nice clean space. The food was overwhelmingly delicious, I couldn’t stop eating. The staff were very nice and friendly. And the ice cream for dessert 🤤 Everything was so yummy! 10/10 recommend!“

“Over the last month I have at ate this subway three times, utilizing the subway app. The food is always on time, and prepared the way we ordered it. The quality of the subs have greatly improved and tatse amazing. I’ll be eating here at lot more. The restaurant is also very clean.“

“My family and I rolled into Arby’s after a long day at the race track. Once in the parking lot pulling our 30 foot camper we realized the inside was closed due to covid. It was late we were starving and at this point bummed. We headed back toward the car Shannon came around the building and asked would you like for me to take your order. It was awesome most would have ignored that we had even pulled in the parking lot but not her she took our $50 order and quickly brought our food out to the car to us. I hope Arby’s appreciates you Shannon because we do ❤️“

“Dining room was pristine, food was delicious and not overpriced. I loved the open kitchen, it makes for a fun experience. Jazz music and Bob Ross on the TV really rounded off the atmosphere. Hard recommend, this was a premium lunch experience if you're looking for wings/burgers!“

“We stopped here on our way home from Spring Lake, NC. Samantha was our host. She was amazing. We were on the road since 11:45 AM and we walked in the door at 6:50pm. I had 4 hungry kids with me. My youngest 2 year old daughter was HANGRY. Samantha and her team worked hard and fast to get our food. For $34.39 the kids each got a hotdog, fries, drink and a cone. My son got a cheeseburger instead of a hotdog. I got a water and some onion rings. You can't go to McDonalds for that price. While we were there an order was mistaken so Samantha ended up giving us some Chilli fries which was so very nice of her. Whatever food that wasn't eaten was taken with us to the hotel and eaten last night. This A&W restaurant will now be our go to restaurant on our way home from NC. With the kids getting the icecream, they were able to make their own root beer floats. 100% Grade A customer satisfaction. Thank you Samantha and thank you A&W for making this family's favorite restaurant addition.“

“I wanted a sundae, but I pulled up too far, and I could not see the drive-thru menu in the blinding sun. I told the nice gentleman on the speaker what I was looking for, and he was quick to figure it out. I ordered the remaining items for the rest of my party, a burger, another sundae, and a Superman blizzard. I was in the drive-thru for maybe 5 minutes. It was amazingly fast! Both employees that I interacted with at the window were smiling, polite, and friendly. The employees went out of their way to make sure I was happy and that everything I ordered was to my liking. This was at a drive-thru, I am just blown away. If I want another sundae or anything from DQ I will go to this location. The staff are absolutely wonderful.“

I had a problem, they fixed it with no problem, I returned today and they even remembered me! “For the last 2 years I've been alternating fast food joints for lunch at work. This particular BK is more accurate than most places on Emily drive. Also, their ice machine is clean. I always eat/drink the ice left over in my drinks, and there's an alarming number of fast food places on Emily drive with dirty ice machines that leave a bad taste. Kudos“

“It's McDonald's. You know exactly what you're getting. Use the app. Get points, save money. Sometimes, the food isn't under a heat lamp that long. Occasionally, the sometimes fresh coffee is hot enough to cause 3rd degree burns and the fries and actually fresh. If you're lucky.“

While this location doesn’t have its own dining room, the food court is just steps away and has plenty of seating available. My only small critique is that they don’t offer a veteran’s discount, which I understand is typical for mall-based locations—but it would still be a nice touch. Overall, another great experience from a consistently reliable chain.“

“Ordered my family food here for the first time since they opened and the staff where very friendly but the food was terrible. We called the store and left a voicemail to be called back by the very pleasant manager to tell me she was going to replace my whole order. 46$ worth of food they replaced and even went above n beyond to make my kids shakes and send them home with a toy. “One of the best subways I have ever been staff fast friendly it's clean it's great if you dine in. Every time I place a order online it's messed it. If I'm ordering online it's because one of my kids or husband is picking up food for me or I'm in a hurry. If u want toasted I suggest order not toasted if you want to order chicken wrap I suggest ordering tuna. Its frustrating how different the service is.“

“I go to the place all the time and it’s typical Wendy’s food, but the staff here is great. Order is always right on par and they are friendly and if any issues arise they fix it and keep you updated if you’re waiting for a while.“

“I usually hit the drive-thru in the mornings before work. Every morning I’m greeted with a smile and good service. Special shout out to Becca, who is that friendly voice, smile, and a pleasure to have 20 second conversations. 😊 If she is off of work, I usually notice some differences in service. I have nothing bad to say about anyone at this location but Becca needs employee of the year 😎 Keep up the awesome service. “I stop by here time to time to either get breakfast or my daughter something to eat. Stop by earlier this week and the lady in the purple shirt and short, blonde hair was super nice. She made my iced caramel miacchiato perfect. My only complaint was from today when the gentleman at the window mixed my miacchiato. I know I sound like a Karen for that but I really like them not mixed. They did perfect with the light ice like I requested. Doing a good job overall. I’ll continue to come here. Thank you.“

“I used Door Dash so I can only comment toward the food. The quality seems to have gone way way up. The hush puppies were insanely good same for the chocolate cheese cake. Fries perfect. The chicken was the only thing that fell short but still decent! Idk if I had to guess I would say maybe it’s under new management because this place is 100x better than it has ever been!“

“My sandwich artist was great. I ordered through the app and let her know I would meet her at the counter to make my additions. I guess it said Itallian bread, I always get the herb and cheese, and she insisted that it get swapped out. I kind of regret saying anything because she was so nice and just did what the order said. I messed it up. She was also training someone, so it was good in that sense because of how she treated me, the customer. Great sub at a great price“

“Ive been from Texas to California to Pennsylvania, and finally West Virginia. Obviously on the road Mc Donalds is usually the go to for quick in and out knowing the food is going to slapped together with no regard to quality and moderate customer services at best. However this McDonalds nailed my visit today. The store was practically spotless the food appeared as advertised and actually good taste and not dripping with grease like other stores in the national chain. Staff was super friendly and professional yet enjoyable conversation. The only disappointment is the fact that less and less McDonalds meet even half of the standard this store is operating at. “I was walking in as the doors were closing for the night for the inside area. My vehicle is over 9 ft tall so I couldn't go through the drive-thru. The manager was kind enough and gracious enough to understand my predicament and let me come in and order our food. We had been working a 16-hour day on top of a cell tower and we were starving and Taco Bell is the best for our money at this the moment and so I just want to thank the manager on 9/9/25. She was amazing and so was the crew they were supposed to be off the clock and they still stuck around until we got our food and left so thank you“
