“You can smell the waffle cones as soon as you walk through the door! There were so many flavors of ice cream, and they were clearly marked if they were gluten free or sugar free. Gluten free sugar cones are available. You can ask for ice cream samples before buying. This time I picked a gluten free cone with cotton candy ice cream. Can't wait to go back and try other flavors!“

“The customer service at the Meadowbrook Mall was excellent. They were patient while answering all of our questions and helped explain things/flavors/options to my young boys. One son got the taro milk tea with boba, another got the Superman ice cream in the bubble waffle, and I got the black raspberry fudge ice cream in a cup. The ice cream was delicious, high quality, and had the perfect texture. My son loved his taro tea. We're very excited to come back again and see what else we can try, like taro tea with blueberry popping boba that is supposed to taste like a blueberry muffin. 😋“

“I wanted a sundae, but I pulled up too far, and I could not see the drive-thru menu in the blinding sun. I told the nice gentleman on the speaker what I was looking for, and he was quick to figure it out. I ordered the remaining items for the rest of my party, a burger, another sundae, and a Superman blizzard. I was in the drive-thru for maybe 5 minutes. It was amazingly fast! Both employees that I interacted with at the window were smiling, polite, and friendly. The employees went out of their way to make sure I was happy and that everything I ordered was to my liking. This was at a drive-thru, I am just blown away. If I want another sundae or anything from DQ I will go to this location. The staff are absolutely wonderful.“

“We quit going there for a while went the today and the best food and ice cream we have ever got from their there was only one lady and a younger guy and everything was amazing and there were busy and we still didn't have to wait for are food it was out faster than ever“

“My first trip to Gibby’s today for lunch with my family. The inside is so cutely decorated, nice clean space. The food was overwhelmingly delicious, I couldn’t stop eating. The staff were very nice and friendly. And the ice cream for dessert 🤤 Everything was so yummy! 10/10 recommend!“
