“It is the best little ice cream shop ever everything is hand scooped and it's all Hershey brand so you know it's going to be great Everytime with every spoonful or every lick from your cone they also have a deli with pretty much any deli meat and cheese you can think of at a reasonable price most places have outrageous prices but not at little dutchies it's a one stop shop if you want to get your tan on they have a top of the line tanning bed that will have you at the right complexion in no time with a array or tanning lotions to pick from once again not over priced walking into a little mom and pops shop like that just takes you back in time to the good ol days its hard to miss just drive down route 7 into Powhatan there's a 10 foot tall colorful ice cream cone right out front walk in and see what you think“

“Great food, ice cream and service! If you haven’t stopped by , you should! You can order at the window or go in and eat. I highly recommend the burgers and taco in a bag on Tuesdays! Always greeted with a smile and have never been disappointed!“

“Always loved Varsity pizza and since it's changed to PJs it hasn't changed all that much. They use slightly different ingredients for certain things like shoestring fries in their Ranchero Fries (always a go to order) the subs are basically the same. However no one will ever be able to replace Jerry or his attention to detail.“

“Best pepperoni pizza in all the northern panhandle! If you like that nasty OV style pizza, then look elsewhere. . This place is a gem in a city that is practically a ghost town. Just a few blocks from the moundsville penitentiary, so plan on stopping here. we had a party of 6 go in on a Saturday night and the place was dead. There was only one other couple eating and 1 person had a pickup order. There just isn’t enough population to give this pizza justice. This would be my GO-TO, if it wasn’t an hour away.Parking: parking is all metered.“
