Best drive through experience!!! Came through on the evening of 8/25/26. Only took a couple minutes to navigate a packed drive through. Order was ready by time I drove up to the window to pay. Order was correct and the drinks and ice creams all had lids on them and placed in the carrier perfectly so that they wouldn’t shift. The manager was communicating with the girl working the drive through to make sure things were done a certain way and correct. I was truly impressed!...read full review

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers decent food with some issues like the sweet tea inconsistency and the need for more toasting on buns and meat. The parking situation varies but is generally manageable, and they provide wheelchair accessibility. Customers have praised the staff, particularly the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate special requests, such as allergy concerns and themed birthday cakes. The staff's caring attitude and attention to detail help make the experience enjoyable and memorable. The restaurant serves food and treats that meet the brand's standards, with quick and reasonable service most of the time, though busy evenings can cause delays. The freezers are well stocked, and kids have many options to choose from. While the cleanliness isn't always perfect, it is mostly maintained, and even the bathrooms are kept tidy. Customers appreciate that the food is consistently good, unlike other fast food places, where overcooked or stale food is common. Overall, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill provides friendly service, good food, and a positive atmosphere worth visiting.
