“Always make the food when you order it so the wait is worth the fresh food. They always forget something tho. Cole slaw and fries (there were 4 fries in my husband's #12 box). Other than that, they are the best ljs we've ate from.“
“I don't know if Joe is like a mind reader, a wizard or just very charismatic but when I went I was going to get my usual cookie dough blizzard and while I was looking at the board wondering if they could maybe put cookie dough in the brownie one Joe and I start talking.I like to live life really boring, not very spontaneous and even then it's usually boring but Joe hyped me up about trying something new...like the brownie blizzard instead and while I was still on the fence Joe smiles and goes "I can cookie dough to it" and I was stunned, because how would Joe randomly know what I was thinking about earlier?So I'm like, you can do that? And he's like, yeah we can do that. So I ask if he can do vanilla instead of chocolate ice cream and he did that too and man I have to say it was absolutely rocking, this combination cookie dough - brownie blizzard is so much better than either one seperately.TL:DR Joe is a probably a wizard but he's definitely a cool guy and the ice cream is almost as cool as him, listen to the ice cream wizard.“
“I did not order food for myself at this location I was working as a DoorDasher picking up a delivery order when I was there. “I ordered a sub and cookie around 8 pm. When i got there they had informed me they didn't have any cookies left but because I had wanted one they put the oven on and baked me a fresh cookie. I told them they didn't have to do that but they insisted it was no big deal. What Great customer service, most people would have said no bc it was closed to closing time. Definitely recommend going there if you have to choose a Subway to go“
“Usually good for a quick lunch to go when they arent busy. Staff usually friendly.Make sure to keep your slip, even if your just in drive through. Order may get lost/forgotten when they get very busy.My drive through order was lost/forgotten today and it took over an hour before staff could get around to even start my order. Couldn't afford to wait any longer and left with refund and no food.“
“UPDATE: stopped in to eat, general manager was there. Told him what happened, took care of it! Happy again! so I called and spoke to the day manager about a minor issue the night before. very apologetic offered to take care of me next time I came in and he'd put my name up front. well show up in the evening one day and guess what.... yep nothing up front, and I look like a fool. night manager claim disease text name and asking him but don't know what became of that. so I bought a burger paid for it, I wrote down my name phone number email and a slight reminder about the issue and I told him to give it to that day manager. and guess what? no call no email. so first I was very happy with how everything was handled but now I'm very unhappy!“
“First time visiting today for lunch and the food was delicious/decently priced which is hard to come by these days. Our waiter, Chris, was the best waiter we have had at any establishment. Super friendly. Knew the menu and specials front to back. So many options to choose from. 10/10 recommend.“
