“I live nearby and use the drive through often. The have the BEST UNSWEETENED TEA.
My fries are cooked to a crispy perfection and the Dave's single is always made well. I have never had a bad experience at the Benwood location. I'm not a fan of the dining atmosphere but at least it is clean. I liked the old dining room before it was renovated.
Every worker has been polite and attentive.“

“Dining room was played for some reason with no signs on the doors the food was good as usual but I have no clue why they would be closed in the middle of the day the dining area and there was actually some people in their settings a couple didn't make much sense to me why I have to sit in a draft and eating my vehicle where it's completely working dining area“

“First time eating here and it was delicious! I had the ham steak, side salad, and cottage cheese. Husband had the patty melt with fresh-cut fries and brown gravy. Fresh made burger on the patty melt, fries dipped in the gravy were spectacular. Dinner was great! We then ordered dessert, I got a slice of lemon pie and my husband got the Ho-Ho cake. Not disappointed at all. Great service and great food.“

“I have been bringing a large group of 8th graders to this restaurant for the past 5 years and we have never once received anything close to bad service. Getting 50 teenagers through in under 1 hour is Indy 500 quality service. And after serving all those hormone heavy humans, this angel of an employee ran through the parking to our bus to return 1 students lanyard. Peyton C. is the best! Give this man all the accolades deserving of a marathon runner and gold star employee! Thank you Chick-fil-A and Peyton!“

“We rarely eat inside. Just a habit to eat in our truck since Covid hit. But for the times we have eaten inside it was always clean and a welcoming environment. Tonight was dinner in the truck in their parking lot. Lol“

“We were just passing through and stopped to eat. One of the cleanest Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. The staff was nice and got our order out quickly. It had Halloween decorations and lights inside which was pretty cool. We were also greeted by this hard worker (see picture), even tho he was eating chips on the job. Haha“

“Ordered my daughter’s birthday cake and said she likes peppa pig, pink, and rainbows and they did an amazing job bringing my last minute request to life and the price was amazing for the size of the cake!! She was ecstatic when she saw it and it definitely made her day:)“

“Ordered a large pizza half cheese half pepperoni and they brought out a pepperoni pizza, oh well it's whatever. My dad then went and told them about it and the lady said she was gonna bring out a cheese personal pizza. She then brings out a whole large cheese pizza. Thanks 🙏“

“When I walked in the floor was just mopped all over the place and it did have caution cones out but they could of taken a dry mop over it to dry faster and it was hard to walk on. It was only 5:30pm and not sure why they didn't wash the floor at or slightly before closing time????

“Although one of my fewer places to get fast food (prices), Arby's in the Grove (Elm Grove) is great for take out food (drive thru) food and is always hot and fresh and wait time is minimal. Of course all fast food restaurants are pricey under the Biden regime. Arby's in the Grove has always been on my radar.“

“We got there a little late. About 10:30 pm. We were able to eat inside. We used the kiosk to order. It wasn't the most intuitive software I've used for food orders but it worked out. Food was good and fresh. We were happy to find somewhere that is open lare.“

“I just wanted to thank the DQ group for making the perfect birthday cake. I’m sorry I can’t remember the managers name right now, but she noticed on my birthday cake form that I put my 4 year old was allergic to eggs and nuts and made sure to double check everything for me. She had also noticed that I put it was a ninja turtle themed cake and went above and beyond to make this cake special. Thank you guys for caring about your customers!!“

“I can see why they hardly have any business. Some guy counting money in a cash register there was hardly any money in there. He said he will be with in a moment and he took forever counting and it over 10 minutes and finally just walked out. Never seen that type of lousy service and never will go back.“

“Went to Arby's tonight with granddaughter, she's 9 months old. Ordered food and was starving, as soon as my food was ready she started really getting fussy. They were really slow, probably due to the bad weather so the manager on duty came out to the dining room and was occupying her attention so that I could quickly eat. What a stellar young man. Give that child a raise. Didn't think to look at his name tag but he said that he has a daughter that will be ten month's old very soon.“

“Looking for the best BURGER in the valley? (Yes I said B̆̈Ŭ̈R̆̈Ğ̈Ĕ̈R̆̈ not roast beef) Arby’s in Aetnaville has the best burgers I’ve ever had in the Ohio Valley.
I’m not sure if all Arby’s have burgers like this one, but I return time and time again for it!!
They're thick juicy and cooked to perfection. Then curly fries with cheddar and mozzarella sticks are also amazing and always hot and fresh!
The prices are high, but honestly what isn’t anymore.“

“I've been inside and through the drive-thru of both Wendy's restaurants at the Highlands and in Elm Grove West Virginia and both have great atmosphere and customer service and their food quality has always remained consistent which is excellent.“

“Hard to find a diner in Pizza Hut anymore. This one is amazing. We came to celebrate my mother's birthday and the one we usually go to was closed for dining. “Ralph and his crew do a great job at the St. Clairsville Wendy's, and this is a very busy Wendy's on a daily basis that handles lots of volume through the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. The staff is always courteous, hard working, and very cool about correcting any mistakes (if any). Food is always fresh and delicious, often my go-to for a quick lunch in a pinch. While the drive-thru is always very busy, the St. C Wendy's team keeps it moving and I appreciate that. Thank you!“

“Ordering a burrito for my son and I have been there many times. People are usually tired because it seems very busy and most always pleasant. Tonight was extremely different. Young man making the food puts 1 level spoon of rice in the burrito then puts a small amount of chicken in it and I asked are we cutting back ? I have never had such a small burrito there and i said can you put more rice in it and more chicken? He screams i don’t have to take this and walks away. Now if asking for more rice and chicken is a problem for this young man he is certainly in the wrong field. So he goes in the back and screams like a 6 year old then comes out saying comments that I could barely here that was just rude. I did say young man you are going to have a tough life if this bothers you. Little confused a very nice young lady finish the food for my son. Asked for the manager and he was on the phone and would not come out to address my concerns. But that is ok I will leave a review and call the office in the morning to share my concerns with the owner of this store. Chicken was burnt and dry and for 14 dollars you would think it would be better than taco bell but it was not.“
