“It is the best little ice cream shop ever everything is hand scooped and it's all Hershey brand so you know it's going to be great Everytime with every spoonful or every lick from your cone they also have a deli with pretty much any deli meat and cheese you can think of at a reasonable price most places have outrageous prices but not at little dutchies it's a one stop shop if you want to get your tan on they have a top of the line tanning bed that will have you at the right complexion in no time with a array or tanning lotions to pick from once again not over priced walking into a little mom and pops shop like that just takes you back in time to the good ol days its hard to miss just drive down route 7 into Powhatan there's a 10 foot tall colorful ice cream cone right out front walk in and see what you think”

“Wow! This place is like a breath of fresh air. Sitting outside with a beautiful view is just what was needed. Then I ate the food and I was shocked. The food really is amazing. Down to the last bite. The service was some of the best I have seen in awhile. Everyone was extremely nice and attentive. The owner stopped over to say hi and checked on everything. Tricia the bartender/server was happy to talk and was fun to be around. They told us that they have fun day Sundays and live music on Saturday nights. If you have never been I'd stop by, you won't be sorry.”

“As an upstate in new yorker , I find it very difficult to find good wings in this area. I admittedly am very picky when it comes to quality wings. I'm happy to report that I found by new wing spot. Absolutely delicious. Bonus points that you can overlook the river and watch the boats boats during your meal.”

“It was awful! I stopped and ordered a pizza, and they said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I went back in after 15 minutes and he had it ready. It was dry and the pepperoni was dry. I believe it was a pizza someone didn’t pick up and it had been sitting on top up the oven for a long time. It was disgusting!!”

“I had the country fried steak dinner, and it was honestly the best country fried steak I have ever had. They put some sort of sauce on it that made it extra tasty. My wife got chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were cooked perfectly. The only downside sides to the food were the baked potato, which was cooked fine, but had little flavor, and the ketchup tasted a little off. Our serve was fantastic and managed our table and the bar with ease. The only downside was the bar atmosphere. My wife and I do not usually go to bars, so the dank lighting is a little off putting for us. Overall, a very nice meal and great service.”

“This was a great place to have a cold beer and shoot a friendly game of 8 ball. Luckily I knew the bartender Malya and she introduced the owner to me, which I found him to be very welcoming. It is a nice looking bar and appeared to be very clean.. The owner noticed that I enjoy playing pool and invited me to come to the weekly pool tournaments and also asked if I wld be interested in playing on their new all womens league! Great Bar! “Great food great service great people. Prices are really good especially nowadays you can get breakfast for about $7,$8 and it's cooked right then. So nice and fresh. I'm visiting moundsville for the next few months and I have already been there probably half a dozen times if not more. If you like local Hangouts this is the place for you. My goal is always to find where the people in the area go and this is definitely one of them.Parking: They have a dedicated parking lot just for their restaurant and there is on street parking. That is free and there are some paid.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for wheelchair users The only issue I would see is getting through the breezeway double door thing they have but shouldn't be much of an issue.”
