“This is a staple in Buckhannon and only open in the warmer months. The line was long but moved quickly. They mostly serve ice cream and hot dogs 🌭. The store is clean and linens back to the 60's with its neon sign. They have tables on the side where you can sit and enjoy your sweet treat. This location has sift serve chocolate and swirl as well as vanilla.“

“Thank you for the Integrity and thoughtfulness!! SAL is my daughter’s go to for study break snacks. She goes to Wesleyan and left her ID and debit card at the SAL register. Not only did they safeguard her cards, they contacted Wesleyan security to return her cards to her. Nice to know such decent people are at the helm. Thank you so much for the above and beyond! My daughter only spends her money at local small businesses (never catch her at McD’s or pizza hut). She knows the little extra she spends on a pizza is not just for the pizza but for a thriving community as a whole. Money spent locally spends locally.
