“I was in on Friday afternoon on February 2nd. The girls were crazy busy. They did a terrific job with everyone. They did have a super mean and rude woman customer that was being very disrespectful to them. They handled it well. The owners of this place need to make sure the girls are praised and rewarded for their hard work and great customer service. I will be back because of the fantastic customer service that the girls displayed. Only other thing I would recommend is to have an owner their on a busy Friday night. Kind of unfair to the staff.“
“Took my cake order 24hrs ahead of time since Fairmont couldn't do a simple decoration which was much appreciated. However the vanilla in the ice cream cake wasn't normal vanilla ice cream, it was ice milk. When I called the day after pickup the said they had something wrong with the machine. The machines don't just randomly make ice milk ice cream.“
“The service was excellent. Everyone who helped us was friendly, and brought us our food. He even brought us extra condiments when we asked for them. The burger that I had was easily one of the top 10 best that I have ever had. I have always loved Dairy Queen ice cream ever since I was a little kid oh, and it hasn't changed one bit. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in West Virginia.“
“When entering Cumbi Cookie store you are greeted with a smile. Serve is very good. By the time you put your order in it is usually ready immediately.Parking: Parking available in front of store.Kid-friendliness: Cumbi Cookie is very welcoming for kids. What kid doesn't love cookies ! It is very suitable for kids.“

The ladies that work there have always been just the sweetest. I’ve been such a regular there that they pretty much know my order and remember my pink straw. Thank you ladies. I appreciate you all.?“
“I forgot to take a picture because I was too busy eating the birthday cake Italian ice with regular custard. We were visiting family upstate and were thrilled to find a Rita’s on the route home. The staff was excellent and efficient and kind“
“My mom always took us here as kids so it brings back memories and they have the best raspberry milk shake around. Give this place a try if your in the area.if not go out of your way to drive by and try it out it's worth it just bring cash though Fyi :)“
“Love their ice cream and the employees are always very kind and efficient.The last visit I had, they'd had a mistake on their end (it happens to the best of us) and they were very kind and fast to fix it. They said they couldn't take back the mistake, and gave us the second ice cream without charge.They have a small seating area outside and is nice to sit in on a summer day. I only wished they were open year-round. The seasons change, but my love for their soft serve never ends lol.I highly recommend this place for a quick treat to anyone who hasn't been here.“
“I went here today for the first time And let me tell you something I got a large, Fruity pebble, avalanche, some cheese bites, curly fries, and the ghost burger the avalanche, crazy delicious cheese bites, and fries were not fully cooked but The fruity pebble avalanche, and the ghost burger made up for all of that that was by far the best burger I’ve ever eaten in my entire life!“
“terrible service today. we usually love this place. unprofessional young girl with purple hair and hickies all over her neck. slammed my daughters ice cream down knocked whip cream and candy's off. rude employee! luckily the ice cream is delicious and the shop is adorable.“
