“Customer service was fantastic! I was picking up coffee for my mom in the hospital. I'm not a coffee drinker so I was not familiar with how to order it. The lady took the time to help me get Mom's coffee exactly how she wanted it.“
“I was honestly a bit hesitant, because when I went to find the closest Dunkin to me and saw that this location had 1.5⭐️, I figured it wouldn’t be a great experience. Boy was I wrong! I ordered ahead as usual (8:15 AM on a Sunday) and it was actually ready when I arrived, no wait (minus waiting behind one car in the drive thru). My coffee was absolutely perfect, well stirred (and using my rewards made it free—even my extra additions!—which probably made it taste that much better lol)! I got the brownie batter donut, which I look forward to getting every year, the filling was throughout pretty much the entire donut. Sometimes when I get filled donuts, there are parts that don’t get filling to it, so this was great. Brownie batter in every bite. 5 star experience for sure!“
“Christian is incredible he’s accurate and he has good Custer service skills and has a wonderful attitude I always smile when I leave Dunkin because of him, but I hate that he’s gotta work for that Ast Store Manager that’s merged out her mind and looks like she’s been chewing on wood and hollering at them employees making it a hostile environment for them all to work in, if I was them I’d have been fold a complaint on her, it was my understanding that’s why the Chestnut Ridge store got rid of her“
“Great hippie themed donut cafe in Morgantown. Really cool employees work here and it has lots of quirky charm. Gluten free donuts are a plus but they are always out of stock when you come in late.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free donuts are a plus“
