“Very good baked goods but a limited selection and a very limited time frame to buy. I haven't been able to catch them open in a few years so I got up ridiculously early to make it happen this morning (arrived before 6 AM on a Saturday). I walked in, was not greeted, and had to listen to the lady behind the counter complaining to another lady. When it was my turn I picked the six donuts I wanted but she only had five in the box so I said I had wanted two of the one kind and she said "you only said one". Why was that necessary? Just grab another donut, and maybe smile and say "hello" when a customer walks in and don't subject customers to your grievances. Make people feel welcomed and appreciated especially since they've gotten up so early to patronize your place of work. Very good donuts and Italian bread though.“

“The staff at this bubble tea shop truly set it apart. Every employee is professional, kind, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. They are always welcoming, patient, and attentive, making every visit a positive experience. It is clear that they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Their friendliness and dedication create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back. Exceptional service from an outstanding team.“

“I stopped by for a quick coffee and a donut, and it was exactly what I needed to start my morning. The service was efficient, even though they were quite busy, and everything tasted fresh. It is a reliable spot for a consistent breakfast on the go whenever I am traveling through the area.“

“I went to this particular Dunkin for the first time today. I’ve honestly been dreading going there because it’s right on busy Washington Pike, and I assumed getting in and out would be a nightmare. Turns out, if you’re already traveling in the right direction and don’t have to turn across oncoming traffic, it’s actually pretty easy!

We skipped the drive-thru and went inside. We were the only customers at the time, and the floor had just been freshly mopped and everything looked clean. It was around 4:30 on a regular Tuesday, so I was pleasantly surprised that they still had a really good variety of donuts left.

The employee who helped us was sweet and friendly, too. Overall, a much better experience than I expected, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“I go to a few Dunkin’s, mcmurray, bethel park and here. Kristen that got moved from bethel to mcmurray is amazing but unfortunately If she’s not there, I can’t asure my coffee will be made right. But this is the ONLY Dunkin that makes my coffee right no matter who makes it. Crystal is always sure I’m taken care of. Thank you for making my day so much better. Crystal and her crew are truly awesome!“

“Always great coffee. The donuts are always fresh. Tried a breakfast sandwich. Very tasty.“

“Went to Dunkin in Bridgeville. Service was fast and courteous. Coffee was hot and had the right amount of cream. The Boston Cream donut was good.

Went back today February 10th 2026. Fast service. Fresh coffee ☕ and Boston Cream donuts. Great associates.“
