“I've been here a couple times, and every time the food has been excellent. The staff is pretty quick to get your food out to you, and there are lots of good options on the menu. Excellent if you have someone who wants to eat vegetarian, or doesn't like spicy food (or does like spicy food) as they let you have lots of options regarding spice level and protein. “Absolutely the best Mexican food in Morgantown. Not only is the food exceptional (the street tacos, birriaramen, salsa, and elote), but the service is fantastic. The staff at Monarca are always so helpful and friendly every time I come in. Plus, they are incredibly speedy. Tonight I came by for some chips and salsa after a night out and they included a free serving of elote. I am so happy they are a part of our community, and I am so proud every time I get the opportunity to support them.“
