I do recommend Fat Angelo’s, but definitely not from the Lemont Furnace location. They are terrible! Two hours to have my god delivered. Although they have multiple reviews that describe a long delivery time, I have never experienced it until tonight. It has been two hours since I’ve ordered my food and it is still not here. I can see the money has been deducted from my account, however they are now closed and the food is still not here. I am very disappointed!
We thoroughly enjoy Fat Angelo’s food so I’ve avoided leaving negative reviews, but after several instances of careless, avoidable issues from them, I feel that I have no choice.
I ordered a pizza for delivery tonight at 7:34 with an expected delivery time of 8:24. I called the store at 8:50 asking for an update, only to be told (with an attitude of course) that the delivery drivers have all deliveries out and we should expect it momentarily.
