Stopped in tonight after a bad experience about a year ago. Figured we could try them again. The new melt sandwich is the size of a double cheese burger. The food was cold. When giving the girl at the counter our orders she didn't get it right and since she didn't confirm our order we paid for and when asked about my drink she responded I'm sorry here let me ring you one up since she didn't understand the order in the first place. I cannot eat these fries they are so gross

place needs new management
we went there yesterday around 4 and got the chicken fries and jalapeño bites. Both were super old. I couldn't even bite into the fries. Called at 425 because we were heading to work and the lady on the other end "added" my name to the book and to come by the next day. We go through today and the manager was super nasty. Telling us we weren't in the book with so much attitude. I have the receipt, proof of phone call. If you can't do it fine. But don't talk to me like I'm lying.
