People don't understand the issues that are experienced at fast food places like this. Cross contamination is near impossible to not do, things closed or a long wait means short staffed. People don't put into perspective of these little things. I have to say a decent issue is just the customers being rude, inconsiderate, and overall filthy. Don't complain about waits anymore. It is due to short staff.
Went in to grab a happy meal for my son and they were swamped with short staff and the man working the counter went above and beyond for all the ungrateful customers waiting for their food. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Kelsey needs a raise. My order got sent to the other McDonald’s 3 times. And she was able to help me she gave me the food from her store because of the mishap and she was super friendly with all employees and everyone who came in. I was impressed ????
