I order the bacon butter filet and by the time I get home I look at it and it's so raw that I would get salmonella poisoning if I freaking ate it so I took it back to get a recooked and by the time I got it back it was so dry you might as well been a burger but I ordered it as a medium light pink on the inside so I asked him to fix it and it says if the cook was upset that I had him fix to order that I ordered I asked for a refund they refused and the staff took 45 minutes to even take an order then had to wait another 30 to get it this was the most worst experience I've had in the second time this has happened there I figured they'd had new management this is disgusting and I will never shop there again

Worst bacon chicken burrito I ever had. Server said it comes with a good portion of bacon but when I got it the burrito had cold bacon bits. Returned to kitchen at $18

Staff very friendly. Food tasted great and the portions were great. I had a burrito deluxe and could only eat half of it. Atmosphere was relaxed with friendly chatter. They also have meal deals there. Reasonable priced for each dish.

Never heard of this restaurant, saw it while passing through and decided to try it after looking at the menu online. We were greeted and seated right away, got to our table and had our drink and appetizer order taken. Our server was nice and attentive to us, also got our food in a timely manner. What I didn't enjoy was my margarita or my food. I got a house margarita and I realize it was bottom shelf but I couldn't even taste any tequila in it. It also tasted more like a watermelon daquari instead of strawberry. I got the chicken, cheese and bacon burrito and my fiance got a chimichanga. He said his food was okay, and I like bacon but my burrito just had way too much bacon and it the chicken lacked flavor. It was also a weird combination with the enchilada sauce that I wasn't expecting. I would try this restaurant one more time if passing through, but I would try some non Mexican food. The quality of food did not match the price. I wasn't impressed.

Have not been there in over a year because food quality had gotten really bad. Decided to give it a try again. They have painted and made some decor change, for the better. Michelle, our server was great and the food was good. We will go back.

I spent 60 bucks I wish I could take back. For one the location is confusing for 2 I ordered pickup and didn't get what I ordered and for 3 they was very rude and tried to humiliate me when I came in after all this. Then they made a comment after I wouldn't leave a tip on a pick up order after you all was rude to me. Have fun with that staff you deserve the rep you have.

We walked in at 2:10pm. The hostess was more interested in complaining about how short staffed they were and trying to recruit my kid into working than actually sitting us. The food set for 20+ minutes before coming to our table so it was room temperature. When we were done and ready to pay, we had to wait another 20+ minutes. I've worked in restaurant management and understand stress during a busy stretch and can grant grace. It wasn't busy. This was servers lazily meandering around openly complaining to customers. I've had many good past experiences but $70+ for cold food and poor service just isn't worth it.

This was the first time I've been to a Tumbleweed in a long-time. I used to really enjoy their chicken mushroom quesadillas, but the Tumbleweed near me closed, though when I saw this one, I decided to give it a try to see if it was as good as I remembered it.
I saw that they had the chicken mushroom quesadilla as a special, so was glad to be able to order that. I also got an order of the pretzel bites and queso as an appetizer. The quesadilla was as I remembered it, the tortilla was really stuffed and had a great crunch to hold it all together. I feel like the chicken could have used a bit more flavor or the quesadilla could have used more cheese to bring it all together. It was still good though. The pretzel bites were disappointing though. I won't say they were bad, but I feel like I could have made better ones by grabbing the frozen ones at the store. Though the queso they came with was good. The had an apricot salsa which was an odd flavor I didn't care for, but I respect the attempt at something different. Overall food, 3/5.
Service was unfortunately rather poor. The waitress seemed to want to say as few words to me as possible while still doing her job. At the start she did a good job of keeping my drink refilled which was great. But then when a party of 7 came it it seemed like she ignored me. She also never brought or offered chips and salsa, in fact I wasn't sure if they were included until I asked the person who brought out my quesadilla. Then it took me forever to get my check. Overall service 2/5.
Unfortunately when I got my bill, I saw there was a 3% fee for paying with a card. This was not disclosed on the menu or anywhere else in the restaurant. I understand why some places add these fees, but not disclosing them up front seems like an unethical business practice. It could potentially be considered a deceptive practice under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA), which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts in consumer transactions. Non-disclosure of such fees also violates Visa and Mastercard network rules for debit card transactions. I mentioned the fee to the waitress, who said she could not address it and that I’d need to contact corporate. Due to this undisclosed fee, I gave a final rating of 1/5, even though the food and service alone would have earned a 3/5.
