Tasia, thank you for excellent service today. You are so polite and efficient. The cook made my 6 oz. Sirloin a perfect medium-rare. So flavorful and delicious. We ordered the $10 sirloin+2 sides deal. Exceptional value for a delicious meal, served with perfection. Thank you, $1.99 margaritas are strong and tasty for the cost.
This was the first visit since 2009 because I don't live there anymore, but it has gone down hill significantly inside and outside of the building. The food wasn't as good as it used to be either. I'd like to see an effort in incorporating more gluten-free options too. The atmosphere was very blah and not real clean.
This location has potential. There is no competition in the area for the food they serve, but some improvements would take it to the next level. First of all, do not have the manager talk about staff calling off while sitting at a table in the bar area. The eating area seems dated and not comfortable. The bar area is over exposed to the drink station and food prep area. If a Texas roadhouse were to open in the immediate area, then it would dominate. Please try and improve this...
