Ordered 2 subs garlic pops and fries. 1 of the subs was supposed to be Buffalo chicken, pretty hard to mess up. What I received was not buffalo chicken. It was chicken mayo lettuce and tomato. This was extremely disappointing seeing as it was my first meal of the day. The garlic pops were undercooked and doughy. Overall a bad experience and absolutely will not be supporting this establishment ever again.

When we first came in we requested a cheese pizza on the buffet. This pizza was not brought out for 31 minutes and almost not at all because they said they could make two requests due to how many pizzas were already out. There were three pizzas on the buffet one of which was a cinna desert pizza. No plates were taken away until the end of the dining. We were lucky to get the one drink refill we got. The seats are torn the light is awful. Others guests were asking if they were going to put more food out. If your going to run a buffet you have to give people more than one or two pizzas to eat. After the cheese pizza (31 minute wait) came out our bill was brought to us. My child had t even had a chance to eat yet.

My husband and I were in town due to the passing of his grandmother, so we decided to stop here for a family dinner before trekking back home almost 2 hours. Our waiter was attentive and great as well as the other workers— my 5 month old daughter got sick and they supplied us with towels and helped out quickly mid-dinner. Honestly surprised by some of the bad reviews as our experience was wonderful.Will be back again when we visit family!

This place hasn't been good for years. If your food is wrong the employees are argumentative and treat customers like garbage. Everyone I know that has ever worked there say that the owner treated them like slaves and ripped them off on their checks and then treat them like they have no right to say something about being ripped off. Terrible place to eat and an owner who takes no responsibility for the things he does to customers or employees.

If I could give a -star on service and management/ownership I would. Waited 40 mins, 3 drink orders given, done eating before finally receiving drinks. Then server was rude and flipped me off while walking away in front of my children and customers. Addressed it with the owner. Owner was rude as well, on top of it she lied and obviously cannot handle a customer service job and placing blame on the younger more inexperienced staff. Do better and handle your job appropriately bc ugly isn't pretty. Will never be ordering there EVER and it was our first time at the buffet!
