Rayz Route 20 is a cool spot in downtown Bellevue, a nice little place to grab a drink and some food. The menu is great for bar food, featuring creative local items like their famous Ballz, burgers, and Lake Erie perch sandwiches. The food is excellent, with highlights including a perfect burger and fries, fresh salads, and appetizers like mushrooms, pickles, and onion rings. The homemade ranch is on point. The bar is well-stocked with several beers on draft. The place is clean, with immaculate bathrooms, and the service is nice and attentive, though it can be sketchy when very busy. It is a spot many would recommend and return to.
