We often order. Sometimes good other times terrible food soggy or cold.. last night we ordered and it estimated our wait time would be about 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called and let it ring for 20 minutes. No one ever picked up. I called back and refused to hang up and waited almost 30 minutes until they picked up!! I love our Marcos, last time I went they messed up our order and since I was already there waiting, they remade the pizza they messed up AND added cinnamon bread to our order for the hassle. I absolutely love them

Everytime we call for delivery they don’t have a driver. We order from a local competitor now. We order pizza once a week, that is 4 orders a month just from us your missing out on.Imagine how much $ and business your loosing because of it !!?? Hopefully the issues get addressed soon. We would love to give you another chance. I have a special needs child so delivery is very helpful and works best for us or we would order carry out.
