Gilbert’s is the best! It’s an awesome space and Jaxx is the coolest. She can make you any coffee or drink you want and it’s better and cheeper than any chain. Ask for a spicey SpongeBob as a cold brew or a tea!

°• Vegan Reviewer •°Such a gem! We happened across Gilbert's Place on our way through town, and are so glad we stopped. They had a lot of options for all of us, including several Vegan options that we really loved. Jaxx, the owner, was so friendly, and super helpful. She even added a few customizations to our meal to make our lunch even better! They also have books and games galore, so make an afternoon of it. I will definitely be going out of my way to stop here next trip. ?

Gilbert’s place genuinely feels like such a unique little gem in bellevue. Owner is very friendly (and hilarious) and you can tell she’s worked very hard to create the amazing and welcoming atmosphere. The coffee is also amazing and very well priced. Looking forward to going back?
