With all these Neg reviews you would think they would step up and do better . I spent over $30 the other night just to get cold fries and the wrong baconator burger. They have all there lights off so they don’t get no service . Can you say lazy?? It was so nasty 🤮. They stop selling chilli after 7 or 8 I had to drive all the way out of town a different night to get chilli . I definitely won’t be going back here till they fix their service .

Hey, in my humble opinion, maybe when things are stressful, don't take it out on your customers. Common courtesy goes a long way. I absolutely did not deserve the attitude I received tonight. I put in a mobile order 10 minutes in advance. Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes. No one was speaking through, so I pulled up to the window. It looked like a group of workers were huddled around something and were stressed out. I understand shit happens but i needed to get to work. The girl at the window gave me attitude, not even a smile. Gave me my food with the fries dumped out and sarcastically told me to have a goodnight. Disgusting behavior.

Not a good experience today. Thankfully I usually don't eat the chicken sandwich with the bun because upon removing the bun, I saw the chicken was uncooked in the center. It was cool to the touch. Had to wait in a parking spot for the food (which had no problem with) but it wasn't cooked when I got it. Fries were luke warm and pop was flat. Yikes. Not good this time.
Took literally 30 minutes to make 2 burritos a sandwich and potato wedges and get two drinks while there was no cars in line. Like make that make sense!!!!

I tried to pick up an online order tonight at 8pm, and nobody was on the speaker. Drove up to the window, and couldnt see anybody around. I was on my way to work so I couldn't sit around long. Had to cancel my order.
