Fries were disgusting and I got charged 29$ for 2 combos and a kids meal, gave them 40$ and only got like 7$ back the cashier kid needs to go flip some burgers in the back.

Stopped for lunch the ice machine was not working. Everyone had to ask for ice. I don't think the person behind the counter was to happy but not there fault the machine breaks down alot. I do not like the new taco salad. To bad we can't ask for old or new taco salad. Don't like corn in mine.

Food can be okay on some occasions. ALWAYS something missing or wrong so if you are desperate and don't want to drive to any other wendys you have to check your order before you leave.

Love me some Wendy's the breakfast baconator is by far the best breakfast sandwich I've had from any fast food restaurant and the 4 for $5 jr bacon cheeseburger with the nuggets and fry and it's under a $1 to have your drink upgraded to a delicious lemonade can't go wrong with Wendy's

We ate inside was the most disgusting dining room. The floor looked like it hasnt beeb cleaned in years,peeling wallpaper bad ceiling,carpeting coming up an tables were fithy dirty!! Food was cold an parking area had big potholes. I could go on an on!!!!!!

I never leave reviews but had to with this one. Worst Wendy's I have been to. The lady was rude shut me off at the drive thru window didn't get to complete my order. When I went to the window I asked for extra crackers for my Chile and she said there's crackers in there and shut the door. Very bad customer service. I would not recommend this Wendy's.

The problem with this location is that they take forever to get any mobile, or counter service orders. If you go through the drive thru you get your order relatively quickly. But Wendy’s doesn’t offer certain menu items unless it’s a mobile order. This location NEEDS to be able to offer quick and efficient counter/mobile service.
Your crew needs to stop smoking the wacky tabaccy and focus on order accuracy and customer service.

I stopped in just to use the restroom. I went in, found the bathroom and entered. Wow! It reeks of the most foul bowel movement you can imagine (and I used to be a nursing assistant) and the sink basin is filthy.
I suffered through the assault on my olfactory sense and took care of my business, washed my hands, noticed a sticker on the soap dispenser, and went to dry my hands. I was not surprised to find a warm air hand dryer. I was surprised that it was so ineffective that it took two cycles to dry my hands. Paper towel would be preferred given the inadequacy of the warm air hand dryer, but honestly just replace it with one that's worth using.

Ordered ahead like I usually do. Was asked to pull forward for fresh fries which didn’t even taste fresh at all. Then I noticed my drink was supposed to be large and was given a small. So when the girl came to bring out my food I said I’m sorry but this was supposed to be large. She snatched the drink out of my hand swung the door open with an attitude slams the drink into the trash and then barges into the employees area with a nasty attitude. My apologies that your mess up inconvenienced you to walk a few more steps and get a new drink. Should have got it right the first time. No need to give me attitude when I was nothing but polite.

I got food poisoning twice from this place. The last time I went, this silly teenager threw my debit card and food at me. I'LL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Felt rushed when ordering, the girl on the headset spoke over me when I told her that was all and asked me again if that was all, which isn’t a big deal just annoying. Finally I go up and get my food, I ordered 3 items, a 6 piece nugget, a sugar cookie, and chocolate chip cookie. I quickly handed her my card and she shoved the bag out at me. I only recived the nuggets. 😐
