The S. High location BK is the absolute worst. 2 of the last 3 times I've ordered there, I ordered online to where I paid in advance. Both times I was asked to pull out front (nobody behind me either time. I know they are trying to make their response time look good to corporate by doing so). So the 1st time I pull to the front and a guy goes inside and claims to be me and walks out with my $30+ order. The 2nd time I'm asked to pull out front, someone drives up to the window AFTER me and takes my order home. The store's attempts to remake my orders weren't even close to what I ordered. Everything was wrong and what we did get had to be microwaved at the house just to melt the flipping cheese. What a sad, sad, SAD location

The lobby was clean, the gentleman taking the order was friendly and took the order accurately. It was the shortest wait time I’ve had in a Burger King in I don’t know how many years.
The onion rings weren’t stale which was nice compared to other Burger King locations. If I’m ever passing through the area again and am in the mood for it I would absolutely visit this location again.

The worst employees I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant!!! I clearly asked twice for 2 double cheeseburgers (they could not hear me the first time I said it). I open my bag and I got two burgers with no cheese. No big deal mistakes happen I thought. I went back through and politely told them they messed up my order and that I would like them to make the correct one. They were so rude about it!!!! Said they did not hear cheese and refused to make me new sandwiches or refund me my money. Instead they handed me 2 ice cold pieces of cheese. How unprofessional. Used to go there all the time. You won’t see me there again stay clear!

I came in after my shift to get a snack (large fry and a medium drink) only to have the staff that was supposed to be at the counter walking away and when I got my food and cup for my drink, I see mold all over their drink fountain. When was the last time they cleaned it? Absolutely disgusting. If they don't clean this enough to not have so much mold out in the open, how well is their kitchen cleaned, too? Would not recommend.
Bellville Burger King is never properly stocked. We pulled in today and my husband said I wonder what they will be out of today? Well it was biscuits! 9:15 in the morning and no biscuits. Only choice was the nasty croissants. We were there because my husband loves the eggnormous burrito, it was half the normal size, practically flat! $17 for practically nothing. We used to love you but no more, very poorly ran!

Late late dinner traveling between Akron and Columbus. Burger was freshly made but had the wrong toppings. Fries were freshly made but rushed and undercooked. Mozzarella fries were old and up hard as a rock.
