-⭐️ every time I go to Dunkin’ their creamer curdles in my coffee! I’m sure there’s a lot of people that don’t notice and drink it anyway. So I recommend if you get creamer in your coffee, check it before you leave. Way overpriced for a cup of curdled coffee not just this location others as well from Columbus to Mount Vernon.

As someone with a dairy and nut allergy 2 times already have came here and always out of oatmilk yall need to have extra if you know your gonna be sold out ridiculous always also slow with service and waiting for you order this location needs to be fixed absolutely ridiculous

The purple-haired girl at the window was very Rude and Annoying. Probably raised by an iPhone. She was disrespectful to her co-worker. She displayed no redeemable social skills whatsoever. Her overall demeanor was off-putting and made for an awkward and unpleasant visit to this establishment. On top of that she didn't even count the cash I handed her so was clueless that she owed me change. I had to point it out to her not once but 3 times before she grasped it. I will absolutely not be stopping through this location again for these reasons. Which is a shame because I really like Dunkin. Oh well... Good job on the one star. No need to respond. I rarely change reviews and definitely will not in this case. Choose the people that represent your business more carefully. You never know who your next customer is going to be. Had this gone a different direction I'm much more likely to leave a good review than a bad one. Though in this case it was absolutely necessary. Negative 5 stars. Cannot recommend.
So let me start by saying, I live right beside a Starbucks, and 3 miles from this Dunkin.... I drove to Dunkin last weekend early morning Saturday and got 2 breakfast sandwiches and a holiday cookie iced latte. Iced latte great, the sandwiches tasted like chemicals!!! So lesson learned to not get sandwiches. Anyways gave them another go today and ordered a toasted white chocolate iced latte. Supposed to have whip cream, caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar. Definitely not what I got as you can tell in the pictures....but my fault for not checking before I pulled away. So disappointed 😞 especially when I live so close to Starbucks and specifically drive further for dunkin. How do you get it so wrong when the order is literally on the cup. Uggh

Orders are never correct, and even after you tell the workers your order is incorrect, they still don’t give you what you ordered, have to literally repeat it 3 times.
