They made us park and then brought the food out to us, but no salt or ketchup for the fries and no straws for the drinks.

Sad that you go into this McDonald's and no one will take any orders at front counter and expect everyone to use the kiosk. Well I hate to burst the gm bubble but until you tell your employees to start managing the front counter and making sure every customer is taken care of, you can kiss those cash profits goodbye because maybe not everyone wants to pay with card. If you can't manage your employees or store, maybe turn it over to corporate so they can better manage it. Hope your mystery shopper, if you have one, gets to be ignored and looked over like me and other customers that way they can be upset with this location as well

If you’re looking for a lesson in how not to run a restaurant, this McDonald’s is the place to go. We were almost charged nearly triple for our order, waited over 20 minutes, and were treated to a live performance from the manager, Brooklyn, who spent her time yelling at staff, customers, and even throwing food bags at delivery drivers.

When I politely asked how much longer my food might take, I was told (loudly) that if I didn’t want to wait, I could just get a refund. Twice. Very welcoming. By the time I did get my order, the fries were only half full — which was fitting, since the effort here feels about half full too.
I understand this is McDonald’s, not fine dining, but basic courtesy and professionalism shouldn’t be too much to expect.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this location. I wanted to share where I placed a counter order through the app, which I expected to expedite my visit. But, faced a prolonged wait that tested my patience and also seemed unnecessary.
Despite my fries being ready, it took a long time to for my smoothie to be acknowledged. Ultimately, I found myself waiting for the manager to step in and address the situation. All though I did appreciate the manager's intervention, it shouldn't have come to that.

*** I would like to add I had a very troubling experience at a McDonald's location in Kansas. While I was with my 4-year-old daughter, I voiced a justified complaint, but the staff responded by calling the police, which escalated the situation unnecessarily. This resulted in legal fees of $1,500 for me. I believe businesses should handle customer complaints more effectively and without involving law enforcement unless absolutely necessary. Thank you for your response!

I'm a huge McDonald's guy. My kids love it too. Use the app all the time. It's my comfort food.

This place... Yeesh. Super slow with minimal customers in the drive-thru and inside. We went inside. I ordered from my app. Waited 15-20 minutes. Got the order and went to sit down. Happy meals were wrong and my wife went up to get the extra fries and the woman was irritated we asked for the correct sides. Then my wife said thank you to her and the woman just walked away and scooped fries with no gloves on. She was rude. Didn't even acknowledge the interaction or mistake. Then she went back to the fry station, took out her cellphone while on the line and text... And handling food. Didn't wash her hands. She just put it back and went back to work. People take their phones into the bathrooms all the time and use them. Those don't get washed...
Brings me to the next thing... The female bathroom was dirty. Not stocked, smelly. My wife stated that it smelled like old, used female products. My kids said the men's room smelled okay haha. That's a plus.

But the dining room was dirty. All trash cans were overflowing with some liquid on the floor in front. Tables dirty and some trash on the floor.

When we left, None of the parking lot lights were out and the actual restaurant lights weren't on either.

They may have been short-staffed. Not sure. Having been in the business for 32 years I know it's rough sometimes. And maybe this was a perfect storm scenario, but from some other reviews, it doesn't seem like it. Seems like a kind of normal thing.

I got a double cheeseburger no mustards or onion meal with a lemonade. My cheeseburger had onions and when I asked them to remake it they wiped off all the toppings and put new ones on not remake it. My fries were absolutely disgusting and super burnt. I don’t know why I keep coming back when the service is terrible and so is the food
