All I got to say is gross is definitely on my top five grossest things I ever tried to eat it wasn't for me might be for somebody else but not for me I spent way too much money there for what I got I could have gone to a sit down Mexican restaurant and spent less than actually being able to eat the food

Says they can’t give house dressing as a side since “they don’t normally give it as a side” yet when you go onto their mobile menu it’s listed as a side. The cashier acted as though we were inconveniencing them because we came inside to order rather than the drive thru

The employees are arrogant, they look down on the customers. I was in line for my order and the cashier was rude. She was a woman. When she received my food, she threw it at me rudely. The person who was there realized it. I hope that TACO JOHNS, their manager, can talk to their employee about their behavior. Thank you.

Order nachos and a taco. The meat was cold in both of them. Made a comment to them about the food. They didn't seem to care. They were too busy goofing off and bitching about employees not showing up

Good is fine - love the chicken tacos and they have cups of just the chicken so my doges love it. However the staff is extremely slow. There is absolutely no sense of urgency you’d expect with an establishment that’s supposed to be a fast food place. It’s not that they’re short staffed. They just didn’t seem to care about how fast or how slow they moved and we’re very short when speaking to customers.
