I went through the drive-thru at 1:00 p.m. yesterday and ordered a chicken cordon bleu sandwich, which was a total disappointment. The small chicken filet looked dark and burned and was really dried out and old. The small amount of mayonnaise on the sandwich could not save it from being dry as a bone, and the small amount of ham they put on the sandwich is barely noticeable. They should be embarrassed to charge over $6 for this pitiful sandwich. I struggled through a few bites of the sandwich and threw the rest of it in the trash.

Dinning room needed attention, but in all fairness, the drive thru was busy, and they were short staffed.

This is the third time I've ordered a turkey rueben and I basically got half a sandwich! All the meat and condiments were on one half, I basically had one bite of meat on the other half of the sandwich! I will stop going to Arby's, this is my favorite sandwich and it is a shame that I only get half a sandwich for a full price

Arby’s is well-known in the fast-food industry for its unique focus on serving sliced roast beef sandwiches, a notable departure from the more common hamburger-based menus. With the tagline “We Have The Meats,” Arby’s prides itself on offering a variety of meat-based sandwiches, including turkey, chicken, and brisket, making it a popular choice for those seeking alternatives to traditional fast food.
When you visit Arby’s, you can expect a menu that highlights its signature roast beef sandwiches, which are often served with Arby’s famous curly fries and a selection of dipping sauces like Arby’s Sauce or Horsey Sauce. The restaurant’s commitment to quality meats can be seen in their slow-roasted beef and freshly sliced servings, which maintain a juicy and flavorful profile.
Arby’s also offers a Market Fresh menu, featuring salads and wraps that appeal to those looking for lighter or more health-conscious options. This variety ensures that there’s something for everyone, making Arby’s a versatile dining option.
Here’s a tip: Don’t miss out on Arby’s limited-time offers and specialty sandwiches, which often feature innovative combinations and seasonal ingredients that keep the menu exciting and fresh.
Overall, Arby’s provides a distinctive fast-food experience with its emphasis on quality meats and diverse offerings. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic roast beef sandwich, a deluxe turkey club, or a hearty brisket sandwich, Arby’s offers satisfying choices that set it apart in a crowded fast-food landscape.

The manager at Arby's was incredibly rude. And too busy joking around to get order correct. Super unprofessional throughout experience.

I was just in there and let me start by saying I know this is fast food but I placed an online order and when I got there my food wasn’t done yet. No big deal but then when I get my food I go out to my car and take a bite in to my sandwich it wasn’t even hot. I watched them put the roast beef on the sandwich and then hand it to me. How was my sandwich not hot? Also my fries were burnt. I couldn’t even eat the food I just ordered because I wasn’t going home to heat up my sandwich. Also there was a lady who said she ordered a drink and the associates went back through all of the orders telling her no that she didn’t order it. It’s a lousy soft drink, why argue with the customer? This was an awful experience and I will definitely never be back.

Good value n quick. Two regular roast beef for six bucks. Yumm. :-)
Drive thru busy, so I went inside. Not knowing what the menu was other than usual beef and cheddar, I asked, "What was on the chicken wrap?" The girl snapped at me, turning and waving her arm stating,"which chicken? ... we have all these" in a raised voice. I replied we will make it easy, I will have chicken tenders." There were three people in line. I would guess they may have been short-handed. Since I did not think the question was out of line. The food was good and hot. The walk-in customers continued to wait while the team seemed to be focused on drive-thru orders.
