THIS BURGER KING DISCRIMINATES AGAINST PEOPLE AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. MULTIPLE ASSOCIATES RECENTLY QUIT, WALKED OUT OR GOT FIRED BC OF THE NEW MANAGEMENT MY SISTER INCLUDED. HORRIBLE BUSINESS, PEOPLE AND QUALITY OF FOOD!!! WHAT A DISGRACEFUL ESTABLISHMENT. SHAME ON EVERYONE THERE AND RACKSON RESTAURANTS!
This particular Burger King has got the most incompetent people working inside the store. I'm not even sure how it stays open. 3 times in a row I've had the worst experience at this place I mean I could tell you those burgers aren't flame broiled they're frozen maybe pre flame broiled because I got a cold Burger there was nobody there that made me wait 20 minutes and I got a cold burger. Came through the drive thru Sunday Dec 4, 2022 around 230pm at the Burger King on Bagley Rd in Berea. I asked for the 2 Whopper meals for $5.99 each with Onion Rings. I got up to the window and said something to the cashier about the 2 meals for $5.99 each and she said I needed to request the promotional price, which I did back at the speaker. Bryan at the drive-thru did a great job and suggested the 2 for $6 breakfast croissants. However, some customers have reported inconsistencies in their orders. One customer was disappointed with the tarter sauce being placed in the sandwich box instead of a container. Another customer received a semi-raw fish sandwich and was unable to complain due to the cashier not providing a receipt. Some customers have also experienced long wait times and completely messed up orders. Despite this, the restaurant's breakfast service has been praised.
