This location has some of the nicest workers. For example, Jasmine gave me an OSU crown for my kiddo. Literally going to make his day! She had such a great attitude and was so pleasant -- which I can only imagine is difficult to maintain in a customer facing fast food role.

I waited 11 minutes for two whoppers in drive thru.When I got up to the window, there was nobody there.While I was sitting there someone came in restaurant .And they got their order before.I got my drive through order.And I'd been sitting there.

Not only do they decline service but , they talk to customers and their employees like complete crap . I asked to speak to the lady I heard yelling at everyone and she came out and didn’t wanna say a word to me until I said something to her . My son old has been going in her and asking for Hershey pies for the last 8 months and it’s never been an issue . Today it was a issue and they said “ you need a parent get the hell out of here “ this has been my kids one thing he likes to do on his own he gets 4 Hershey pies service is always slow but today the service and lack of respect was disgusting

This one, the Mrs. and I got an order to go. I already had the app downloaded so I just placed the order from my car waiting in about 10 minutes went in. They called my name. There was a huge line of people. They were all really pissed off at me I went right to the front of the line grabbed my order took it to go got a whopper Junior, these chicken wraps and hazy onion rings and french fries everything tasted delicious. It could’ve been a little bit Cleaner, but maybe that was just the bad day. They also have a beautiful area for kids to plan so I’m gonna bring my grandkids back to this sometime.

Animated large order and they completely messed it up when you minus pickles for your child they add extra pickles when you call up there and let them know they don't care

Do not recommend this Burger King. Go to a Different one. Save the time. Bad attitudes, long wait times with no other cars around, and cold fries and my kids nuggets were so hard and old I’m not sure how they could comfortably serve that in children’s meals. !! No thanks! Thanks for the Naruto toys in my kids meals though lol

I come here almost every day and I don't know what is going on if it's a new person making the food but my French toast sticks were hard as a rock burnt to s crisp, I've never received such horrible french toast and on top of it bought it and it was worse, took it back and had it remade and it was exactly the same. Talk about a waste of money and disappointment. I'm literally giving it a 2 stars for effort

On August 12, 2025, I visited the Burger King located at 1321 W. Bagley Road, Berea, Ohio, and experienced extremely poor service. While waiting approximately 15 minutes to place my order, I took a cup of water from the fountain for my baby, with the intention of paying for it along with my meal. The manager on duty accused me of stealing, despite my explanation that it was only water, and continued to raise her voice toward me. Her conduct demonstrated a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service skills.
