Do not recommend this Burger King. Go to a Different one. Save the time. Bad attitudes, long wait times with no other cars around, and cold fries and my kids nuggets were so hard and old I’m not sure how they could comfortably serve that in children’s meals. !! No thanks! Thanks for the Naruto toys in my kids meals though lol

I come here almost every day and I don't know what is going on if it's a new person making the food but my French toast sticks were hard as a rock burnt to s crisp, I've never received such horrible french toast and on top of it bought it and it was worse, took it back and had it remade and it was exactly the same. Talk about a waste of money and disappointment. I'm literally giving it a 2 stars for effort

On August 12, 2025, I visited the Burger King located at 1321 W. Bagley Road, Berea, Ohio, and experienced extremely poor service. While waiting approximately 15 minutes to place my order, I took a cup of water from the fountain for my baby, with the intention of paying for it along with my meal. The manager on duty accused me of stealing, despite my explanation that it was only water, and continued to raise her voice toward me. Her conduct demonstrated a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service skills.

Bryan at the Burger King drive-thru did a great job! He suggested the 2 for $6 breakfast croissants. I haven't been to BK in a while, but his help and clear explanations made it a great experience. I'm very happy with what I bought and will definitely be back. *Pause

Was here last night around 11 pm. Ordered my food, and even then the worker had a nasty attitude towards me, but was told to pull up to the first window. Got there and waited for sometime and no one was there thought maybe I heard her wrong. Pulled up to the second one and no one was there again. The first window opened and the lady popped her head out and said excuse me the first window is down here. No worries obviously my mistake for not waiting longer. I was all for backing up until she slammed the drive thru window closed. I mean she slammed it closed with force and it was very loud. Immediately put my car in drive and left. I know it was my mistake but there was no reason to slam stuff. She was acting like I was forcing her to work there or something. I took my business right across the street to a Taco Bell

Listen, I’ve been inside this place and the drive-through and that once have I ever been disappointed. The fries seem to be always hot and fresh and the whopper is wonderful.!!

This location is the only option I have and it sucks they purposely tell you they are out of breakfast food a half hour early so they don't have to change over at the normal time to make it easy for themselves. The whole place has turned to trash The playroom is now graveyard that they blocked off because they were too lazy to clean it. Overall shitty place and the service reflects that

I'm actually in a former employee there and I wouldn't recommend it there either The GM Carah is highly abusive of her power there are other employees there who are getting ready to leave as it is The whole night time crew does not like her or nor wants to work with her because of how disrespectful she is she has cost me some of my money actually she's always made threats saying if we mess with her she messes with our money I've got witnesses I've got witnesses of how she treats her employees how she talks to her employees she does not teach the employees how to do anything right there is another manager there who does teach the employees right by the BK rule by the BK book meanwhile carah does not she stays in the back office mostly all day on her phone talking to her boyfriend who she let's comes up all the time to get free food gets this and does that there I like I said I've got witnesses I do not mind working at Burger King at all it's just when I had went on strike when I had told my boss boss how she was instead of the situation being taken care of they had wrongfully terminated me cuz I went on strike because if I'm there to do my job I'm there to work and be treated with respect not disrespect

Worst burger king ever. Point of sale system is always down, card machine is always down, the employees don't know how to work their job, sometimes the location is completely closed and no employees answering the drivethrough in the middle of the day. This location should be sold to an owner that actually cares about the work, reputation, and customers. This is the most unorganized and abysmal burger king location ever. The owner should be held personally responsible!!!!!
