The person that took my order was gave me what she wanted me to have. The dish I got was missing all the vegetables.
I like eating here, but at times, I think they get bored and mess up a order or two on purpose;... to see how the customer will handle it.

Good rich flavors. Consistent. Affordable. And always prepared fresh. Not to mention super quick service! China House has been our go to for over a decade. We now live 15 minutes away and still go here over any other Chinese place closer in proximity, (we’ve tried to try others and just—no). I don’t think I’ve truly been dissatisfied with an experience.
We’ll support China House forever.
Our favorites are, Pork Fried Rice, General Tso’s, Sesame Chicken, Sweet n’ Sour Chicken (note that this chicken comes plain with sauce on the side—great call!), Chicken Wings, Teriykai Beef Sticks, Spring Roll, Egg Roll and last but certainly not least their Won Ton Soup is TOP NOTCH (seriously it’s the best around. Always piping hot. There’s only one place in Coventry that can even come close to their flavor and the meet inside doesn’t make me cringe)

We order from here quite often but lately our orders have been incorrect and missing items. We contacted them tonight about another missing item and they're only offer was to have us return back to pick up the missing item which would have been a 40 minute round trip. They offered nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience of making that second 40-minute round trip drive. We were not willing to do that. They only refunded us the cost of the missing item. Management needs further training on how to deal with staff incompetence when fulfilling orders and customer service resolution. They barely gave me any food for $15.
I ordered wings combination platter! I received 3 not done wings and a small portion of rice with raw grains. Flavor was mediocre but the 2 shrimp egg rolls was the only good thing.
BBBut why so little food? I am use to the container gotta be stapled shut because of good size portion. Cheap place and I was hungry too. Very disappointed? and won't be back!!!

Food tastes rubbery and like plastic. We got the beef with broccoli and it tastes very off and old and rubbery. Rice was decent but still very dry. Fortune cookies were the only good thing that came from this meal.
